I was excited that they opened a location in Roseville and convinced several friends to join me there to try it out. The building looks very cool and the theme is fun and loud. The service however was bad from the very start. Our server took our order and brought us drinks within 5 min. Upon his arrival he spilt our waters, no biggie, we laughed and helped clean it up. After ordering for a table of 5, we had no updates on our food until 45 minutes later. The server was preoccupied with another large table to mention to anyone else about our table and nobody came by when we finished eating so we went to the registers to pay and get out. The manager rung us up by the doors and he too did not seem to care about our complaints of attention to guests. I dont plan to come back, even though I really like the location because management cant seem to put priority on routine check ups with guests. I should also mention that there were 2 other booths and 1 large table occupied in the whole building. On the other side of the store, where the manager rung us up, it was dead and quiet.

At first I was a little reluctant to come here because of the ratings they received on Yelp and Google. Well I thought since its Veterans Day, and they offer some free wings I might give it a try, that way theres no loss on my end. I have to say that I am more than happy that I gave this place a try. It is fantastic. Customer service was perfect in contrast to the bad service reviews on Yelp and Google. Servers seemed extremely busy yet we still were being helped in very good time. No slacking that I could see. Receptionist was very polite as well as the Waitress. I knew immediately who would be helping us until the end. We received our wings within 15 minutes. Super fast compared to the other reviews on here. The wings, fries, the Lagunitas beer, and the Mango Orange Milkshake were of course delicious. Overall I am completely satisfied. I have to give our waitress a shout out because she was so outstanding regardless of how busy it was. If youre reading this Sarissa, thanks so very much! This will be the BWWs that we come to whenever we are craving it now!

We walked in to no one at the host booth, stood for a minute or two awkwardly, and were finally greeted by someone who didnt apologize for not being there. He sat us at a table and took our drink orders. Shortly after, another employee came by asking if we wanted to order drinks, then saying she wasnt our waitress or anything, but would take our order if we wanted. Eventually when our waitress came by, she apologized for our wait and took our orders asking if we wanted to "add" carrots and celery, and blue cheese or ranch. This made me worry wed have to pay, but luckily we didnt. However, when our food came out, we were surprised at how much they were skimping - they gave us a small amount of fries for a "basket" and only one ranch each. I guess I understand cutting costs on the vegetables, but I really felt like we were overcharged for the other things (6 small mozzarella sticks for 7.50?). Our waitress was nice enough, but I felt like we were sitting around for a while before she got back to us. Overall, Im definitely not coming back here.

Im only here writing a review because Im bored of waiting for the server to come get the check. We had to ask someone else to get our server to give us the check (waited about 20 minutes for it). We could have dined and dashed by now. The cheese curds came out barely warm (theyre gooey when hot, they were chewy when we got them). When we got the wings, they combined the different flavors on one plate when we asked for separate (honey bbq and garlic parm and mild dont mix) and they were tough and barely warm. My plain wings were not crispy. It was not that busy. Maybe a quarter of the tables had customers. We paid $40 for crappy food that we barely touched. We ordered a large (~20 wings) only ate about 6 between the two of us and half of the cheese curds. Will not return.

Went with my co-worker after a long busy shift and was told we could seat in the bar area because it was open seating. After 20 minutes with not one server stopping by we flagged a server down to ask if we needeneeded to order at the bar or is there a server, was told there was a server in that section and they would get them. Server never came so we went back to the host to get a table with a server. After being sat our server did finally come and was really sweet (marissa). The wings were dry it was really sad. Overall not the best experience probably wont go back. It was Sunday football so you have to take that into factor but for a place like buffalo wild wings who goes through this every Sunday there should be a better system.

On 2 different occasions I went there and sat down and waited for 30 mins to get a menu. It took 45 minutes before we had drinks. And almost 2 hours after being there we got food. They gave us a free nacho plate for the horrible service but it was cold and soggy when they gave it to us, an absolute joke. The wings were horrible when they managed to get them to us on both occasions. I have eaten at buffalo wild wings in Virginia and it was way better. The owner at this one ruined the restaurant. Epic failure on 2 different visits. Both times went elsewhere to eat afterwards. This place is the only one i would ever condone not tipping at.

I am new to the area and decided to give this BWW a shot. The first time I ordered it was for carryout. I ordered an hour ahead of time and then still waited 10 minutes for my food and it wasnt even hot and my wings had so much sauce on them it wasnt even enjoyable to eat. Its been well over a month since then and I decided to give it another go. This time for my carryout order I ordered 30 minutes ahead and then waited an additional 15 minutes for my food when I got there. It wasnt that busy in there. Ill definitely be going elsewhere for my wing cravings now as I am not impressed with the food quality or the service at this location.

Giving an okay because initially our service was nonexistent - we were sat at a table with no assigned server so we sat there for about 15 minutes before someone came by. Maybe its because the restaurant had recently opened and they were still trying to adjust to business but hopefully they have that figured out by now. Fortunately once we got a server she was great. However, I wouldve expected something to be taken off the bill after having not caused a scene or deciding to leave. Id only go back because this so far is the only place close to go for wings that are HOT.

I come here quite a bit to pick up food. The wait is ALWAYS 45 to an hour for to go orders. You will sit there for an hour and sometimes they wont even check the hot case- one time, my food was there as I was waiting and they couldnt be bothered to literally HAND IT OVER THE COUNTER TO ME. Eventually she said "whoops, looks like it was here after all!" I dont even know what would happen if I tried to sit down for a full meal here. Currently been here for 45 minutes when my food was supposed to be ready "in about 10 or 15 minutes." UGH
