Pizza was great. Service was terrible. Weve ordered before and had minor issues. Tonight we ordered over the phone for carry out. We get there and no one even greets us or makes eye contact, not even the woman that rang us up. Ok, cool. I mention I want garlic ranch instead of the regular buttermilk ranch (yeah whatever, Im picky). The woman that range us up gets the pizza hurriedly opens the boxes and closes them and proceeds to hand us the regular ranch. My boyfriend asked if it was garlic ranch and she "no." Like the conversation we just had not 3 minutes before didnt happen. She goes to the window to ask for garlic ranch and has to ask multiple times. Meanwhile two kids are doing pepper cups while checking out their phones right in front. Theres like 7 people working with 2 people in the lobby, why? Really, no respect. I understand hating your job (I worked at a round table for 3 years) but you dont get to take your attitude out on customers that are paying $40 for a pizza and twists.

Called and ordered a special ask for extra garlic since the last pizza we got we could barely taste it they added on four times the amount of garlic charged me $8 extra and then didnt give me the special price on the pizza after I asked for a refund they told me that the special price with internet orders only which the gentleman on the phone that took my order did not explain after fighting with them for 20 minutes they gave me the special price but did not refund me the price for the extra garlic that I never asked for. after we got home they we realized they added garlic to THE WRONG PIZZA.. horrible customer service skills. Buffy needs to get out of customer service!!!! whomever the manager is needs to get new employees!!!

Pick up time from the online order was 6:55 pm. Arrived at 6:50. Its now 7:15 and Ive seen others come in with orders they placed and theyve been in and out very quickly. The weird part is when I place my online orders, I usually receive an email confirmation immediately. This time I didnt receive the confirmation until I arrived and the person at the cash register took my name. It seemed like they didnt accept my online order or something and it resulted in me having to wait for my pizza to actually be made when it should have been done almost half an hour ago. Will not return

Held my daughters first birthday party there a few days ago, the room may as well have been an oven it was so hot, the employees were rude and when I placed my order (in advance) I asked for salad bar for everyone coming. When I got there and paid they said the salad bar was not included when I paid for it! You would think after spending $112 on pizza and salad they wouldnt be asses and deny us our salad. They didnt give me the receipt so I couldnt show them up. Wouldnt recommend it.

Decent pizza IF you have LOTS of time to ENDLESSLY wait for it. I’ve never seen it so empty and waited as long as we did. I had to find the least dirty table to wipe off myself and in all my spare time, I went to the restroom. Worst Mistake Ever! I’ve seen better restrooms at rest stops cleaned only monthly. It didn’t make for a good experience at all and frankly after the filth experienced, I don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Ordered for delivery a couple days ago total came out to $30 paid seven dollars on my debit card with 22 remaining cash. But the delivery woman tried to argue with me And said I owe $30 more. I told him never mind call the manager at the same night and spent literally 30 minutes explaining the situation and she kept stating she didnt understand. She said she void what was on my debit card but still hasnt seen the money

This place is my very favorite Saturday afternoon lunch spot, my family & I GO here every Saturday for PIZZA BUFFET, YUMNY, DELICIOUS & the people who work there r very friendly & they do a wonderful job if making sure that the customers get what they pay for each time they visit this pizza place, I highly recommend it to every pizza lover in sacramento county region, thank you,

We go on the weekend for the lunch buffet every once in awhile. Great lunch buffet, attentive staff, and perfect casual environment to bring young kids. They serve beer on tap and most tables have a view of at least one of their tv screens. Great place to "camp out" and watch an afternoon game with the whole family.

The food is good. Management is lacking professionalism and courtesy. Standing around talking while just one person working phones is poor management. The manager should be busier than the others, set an example. And stop being rude to employees. One might enjoy their job. The drivers rock!

This Round Table has racist workers theyre all hillbillies. No customer service at all. If they mess up on an order they dont apologize or anything. Attitudes all the way around, the sore is dirty. Im definitely not going back to this nasty establishment!

They apparently made my pizza wrong and had to make it again but failed to inform me, so my kids got their pizza, and I ended up having to take mine to go....it was one of their regular pizzas too the maui zaui... :-/

Bathrooms are FOUL! The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Not cleaned in years!! Almost in line w a port a potty. Service substandard and food slightly above cafeteria. Other locations better quality and service.
