I have lived in the area almost 5 yrs and this Pizza Factory is reprehensible. The online ordering site is virtually impossible to navigate. It takes me between 30/45 minutes to place an online delivery order. Anytime they pitch "do you want extra cheese on that", I respond with "If there was enough cheese on it to begin with, I wouldnt need extra cheese. !00% mozzarella? Classic domestic tasteless cheese. "We toss em, theyre awesome"? Ive had occasion to drive a/o walk by the store for 2 yrs or more and have NEVER seen anything tossed other than the overweight pizza chef tossing bs to the young female staff while hand kneading pizza dough, unless tossing the pizza dough into a pan and tossing it into the oven counts as hand tossed. If you happen to be from a major city, in particular the east coast, avoid this store at any cost.

I ordered a pizza here with the works.. they gave me a pizza with all kinds of dried mushrooms on it. Not to mention whatever else was dried on it. Was a real terrible pizza, An expensive one at that. They have no two for one deals either. Also I tried to have one of their pizzas delivered.. thinking to myself "they cant screw up a one topping pepperoni pizza" ... Ill never know though because they dont deliver to the delta loop. You would think they are in business to make money. To sum this place up 1) poor product 2)expensive product 3)not willing to deliver their expensive product

Awesome little place to stop by when visiting from out of town- or when you already are in town! Amazing customer service, and the owner seems to stick around the establishment from time to time. I think that more places should do this as it brings a nice vibe to the place. They have BY FAR the best breadsticks (Or Breadstix as they call them in the PF franchise) that I have ever had. I would highly recommend getting some. The pepperoni has a nice little spice to it, not good nor bad, just different. Overall, I would highly suggest stopping by and enjoy a meal.

Its funny to see bad reviews on this place because I am a connoisseur of food pizza in particular and their pizza actually is quite good not the best Ive ever had but I definitely give them in four out of five if theres only one pizza place in town Im glad its this one and I sent a review on here that said they do not toss the pizza I only been here two times and Ive seen them tossing the pizza

Obviously anyone that has given this place over 2 stars has never had good pizza. Going on an hour and a half for delivery but usually their pizza is over cooked to the point of being burnt. No real taste to it but my kid seems to like it but I guess if your the only pizza joint in town, you can skip as many corners as you want. I am right there with that guy saying,, "ADD A ZERO STAR".

My boyfriend and I order from here every week for a reason! The service is exceptional, fast and friendly! The manager, Ashley is always easy to talk too, and very polite about any issues we have, and they are always quick to resolve too! The pizza is delicious as is everything else we tried! Love this place, you will too! Pizza anyone?

This town could really use a good pizza place. The staff is friendly enough but the food is like all chain pizza places. Bad! Trying to get delivery is about a 50/50 chance. They just stop delivery when ever the feeling hits them.

It might cost a bit, but the food is worth the loss. I go in, occasionally, and I feel better there than I do most other places. The games there are fun, though I think that they need to change them (on their own time, of course).
