Worst customer sevice. Placed order on drive thru speaker, pulled up to the window to pay and was rudely told that since the cashier did not cofirm my order, i have to drive around again and place my order. After explaining that its not my fault the cashier didnt confirm my order, the a-hole of a manager would not take my order at the window. The only way to place my order is to drive around the drive-thru again. This crew needs to be sent to a class for customer service. What happened to " The customer is always right"? How much effort does it take to get my order on the window vs me driving around the drive-thru again. After this horrible experience, will not buy from this store again.
