I came into this Burger King hoping for a BK Veggie. The cashier rang up my order, but was then was yelled at from the back that there were no more veggie patties. He was very nice about the whole thing, and while I dont blame him for the mistake, it would have been nice if he could have checked. What bothered me was, neither he, nor another cashier knew how to refund my money, which I had paid for with my debit card. So he had to wait for the shift manager, who not only made me wait, but when she finally made her appearance, came to the register, took off her headset, slammed in onto the counter and said " I cant listen to this anymore, this guy is irritating me!" indicating to me that she was leaving a customer on the other end to talk to themselves and not be served. Not only was she rude, but she was filthy. Her white managers shirt was in need of a good wash, as was her hair. At this point I was no longer interested in eating there, so I received my refund and left. Im so glad I did because I then witnessed two other employees smoking at their cars in the parking lot. Who wants to eat from a place that has dirty and rude employees? Not me. I wont be giving my business to this Burger King again.

Known to take money for meal and return no change. A friend went through the drive through and gave them a hundred dollar bill she received her order but didnt realize she hadnt received her change. Afterwards she called the store and was met with denials from the manager. Only after getting the police involved was she able to recover to money. Be careful patronizing this establishment as they are very dishonest, and never give them large bills because you wont see a receipt nor the change.

Order was messed up on multiple visits to this burger king. Last visit I asked for jalopenos and none were there even when I was charged. When I confronted the workers about the mistake I received rude and sarcastic remarks. Very poor customer service. The workers attitudes make me never want to come back here.

go to McDonalds if you are thirsty... I ordered 2 med drinks... almost $5!!!! canceled the order! Not sure if they charged my debit card, called when I realized they may have charged me... no answer!!!!! grrrr We spend so much $$$$ there... but no more flame broiled overcharging bulls**t!

Have gone through the drive-thru and food has been cold both times. Last time they gave us a burger with no meat. My husband called to complain and they told him that they dont do that, so they didnt know how that happened. Never going again.

They always, always mess up my order and incur additional cost when I have to drive back to the store and exchange a burger, hotdog or French fry. So tired of dealing with their lack of professionalism.

Their fountain sodas are good. The drive through line can get long and block the path through the parking lot. I dont eat Burger King food anymore, so I cant review that aspect.

Soooooooooooooooo slow! !!!! Fries are cold and old..chicken tenders are rubber...horrible BK....I go 10 mins out of my way to a different location...do not go here

It was closed at 11 pm even though it is posted open until 12am. Drove to their location for nothing. Wont make that mistake again.
