We came here for the lunch buffet. This was a small buffet (~10 dishes). The food was appropriately spiced (many indian buffets dont make their food spicy to appeal to weaker American palettes). While there wasnt much heat, everything was so savory and well-flavored. Everything was fresh, and we got to try a couple new dishes we had never seen before.

My husband and I eat here frequently. Weve tried other Indian restaurants and while theyve all been good we love the flavors and the naan at Sitar. The food is always flavorful and served hot. My husband loves the Chicken Tikka Masala. Ive been all over the menu, including the vegetarian items, and havent been disappointed.

Qulity of food is not good We ate today lunch buffet 1 salad seems to be 2days older 2 Gulabjamun has some kind of smell and not well cooked Its not worth paying 11$ 3 for veg we just have daal makhani and kdhi option no paneer even after paying so much money 4 kitchen looks dirty 5 pakoda was too salty

The best authentic Indian food, great price , great service... We enjoy the fabulous atmosphere...while having the buffet lunch or dinner.. Each time we drive from Northern Cal toward our home in Santa Barbara County. .we stop to eat here.. We love it!!

I havent eaten alot of Indian food at all. This place was amazing! Food was "authentic" said my girlfriend, and made me truelly happy when I was finished. Ive never felt so great after a meal. I strongly suggest you try this place out. Wont regret it.

Coming from Monterey, this is the closest Indian restaurant along 101. Catch the lunch buffet or come on Sunday when the buffet is all day. Food is good, albeit selection is not as large as the Indian buffets in the trafficky San Jose area.
