Le doy a este "restaurante" una estrella solo porque no puedo darle un "0"!!! No sé porque volví aquí si la última vez que vine dije que jamás volvería!! Solo porque tenía hambre y lo bi vacío y pensé que como era la única clienta me atenderían rápido. MENTIRA! Señora y señores, la mesera parecía que nunca unirse tomado una orden. #1 mi café me lo dieron con leche expirada, bi unos granitos que flotaban pero solo pensé que talves sería de esta crema que venden para café pero Oh No, prepare mi café y al probarlo estaba OBVIAMENTE arruinado. Lo reemplace. #2 Pedimos 3 pupusas de arroz, y me las traen de arina normal. Y todavía pregunta la mesera "Me las pidió de arroz?" Explicaría toda la conversación de antes, durante, y después de la estadía pero no los quiero aburrir teniendo que leer tanto, enfin me reemplazan las pupusas, y me traen el curtido más no la salsa. No me dieron los vasos adecuados para los niños, no nos dieron suficientes cubiertos, me dieron un café arruinado, nos dieron la orden mal, si necesitábamos algo teníamos que llamar ala mesera, porque ella solo llegaba dejaba las cosas y se iba, ni preguntaba si necesitamos algo más etc, lo que las meseras normalmente asen. MUY MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Espero que el dueño vea esta reseña y entrene muy bien a estas personas porque cliente que no vuelve es dinero que se pierde. Ella era la cara del restaurante en ese momento mientras mejor aga su trabajo mejor para todos, cliente satisfecho deja propina, el negocio gana clientes y les va mejor en general.

I have been coming here and ordering catering for almost 3 years now, and never had a bad experience until today. We received 1 menu for a table of 4 (not a serious issue since we already know what we usually order). Then waited an hour to be served our drinks (this is only because we inquired how much more of a wait so that we may decide if to stay or leave). Our serves finally brings 3/4 drinks and "apologizes as she thought she had brought them already" (please note our table was within her view). In total it took more than 4 inquiries about the missing 4th drink. Then our food arrives, however it is incomplete (which was disappointing as our server confirmed our order before placing it). Server is confused but She acknowledges and comes back to say which kind of pupusas I wanted (which Im not sure why the question if the order on paper was correct..). Due to the wait time I kindly informed my server that if they were not done to please cancel the missing part of the order, but if they were already being made i can take them. The server says that in this case shell cancel the order. I had assumed that she canceled the order because the missing pupusas were bearly going to be made. However, upon paying the lady making the pupusas apologizes for the inconvenience and long wait time and was sorry that I didnt want the missing pupusas which she had already made. We then informed her that we informed our server to cancel the order only if they were not done yet. Other issues included receiving the food but no silverware or napkins given until we asked for it. They also runned out of silverware but provided plastic forks as an alternative. At the moment it is hard to say if my family will return here.

La joven que me atendió bastante poco atenta. El atol de elote parese agua y sin sabor, los vasos de salsa medio llenos a,la mitad y lo venden por tamaño grande, la empanada super fea. La verdad no pienso regresar a ese lugar. Tengo poco viviendo en richmond .. que decepción.

I called in an order for Take Out , they said 20 mins for pick ups. I waited 30mins to go , and when I got there my food wasnt even ready! I have to wait for another 20mins before my food was ready. A total of 50 mins waiting. I will never go back to that place. They didnt even apologize to me. Bad attitude and customer service. The only reason why I didnt walk away is because I have to go to work and didnt have time to order from a different place. Food Ok. Bad Service Not Worth it!

Ive been coming here and this has never happend. Server left 1 menu, Too long for server to bring drinks almost 1 hour, had to ask for drinks, apologize for not brining drink thought she brought them when she kept passing leaving food and drinks table near us. Brought food, 1 order was not right and asked if we could wait.... Aside only brought 2 napkins for 4 people. I understand it might be busy, but its no excuse to be aware of what tables you are in charge.

Bad experience pupusas are Not that great. I ordered 10 pupusas different kinds and they only gave me less than half of a ziplock bag of curtido. They said that was enough for 10. And if you are a truly Salvadoran you would know thats Not True. You can never have too much curtido. The extra bag of curtido is $1.60 Not going back. They even have a new sign under new management. What for? If the service is worst than before. Very disappointed.

Bad service , they open to late opening time its suppose to be 9 :00 am, they open like 11 lol by that time you can find something better and The waitress with a bad attitude.

The papusas are freshly hand made and very good. Allow some time for them to be made on to go orders. The carnitas burrito I got was so-so but the pupusas made up for it.
