My family and I just came back from eating at this place where we had the waitress from hell. She was very rude and was actually yelling at my children. Being that it was busy and I didnt want anyone spitting on our food, I just kept my cool for the time being. When my husband paid the bill, I noticed that she gave herself an automatic $12.15 tip. Number one, I did have any intention of tipping her at all due to what I said up above and two there were only four of us. I can understand if we were a huge party but a party of four does not call for automatic tip. I asked to speak to the manager but surprise, surprise, there was none, so I spoke to the only person who speaks english and asked if there was any posting anywhere in the restaurant where it stated that tips are charged automatically and he said no. So I asked him to explain why we were automatically charged for tip and he quickly stated we were not supposed to and he immediately credited the tip back and said that he will speak to the manager about the waitress when hes back on duty. My guess is, this waitress does this all the time so my suggestion is do not eat here anymore and if you do by any chance eat here, make sure you question every charge on your bill. Worst restaurant experience ever! Oh and lets not forget to mention the fact that the food tasted nasty and too pricey for the quality of food or lack there of... Definitely not a place to take your family to. Youll be better off eating at McDonalds... By the way Im going back to look at the menu again because I believe they overcharged me. They were not going to give me detailed receipt. I had to ask for it.

Poor customer service and sub-standard food. Those two qualities are what stand out here at Daimo. The food here? I could make it at home for even cheaper. Especially the soups. There is nothing at all that stands out about the flavor or preparation of the food here. They also didnt bring us ice water til nearly the end of the meal. And watch out if you want to split checks. They are awfully picky about that. To take this bad food memory out of my brain, I ended the night with a double-double from In N Out. Will not be eating here again if its up to me. Id even suggest Applebees over this place... and if you read my review on Applebees, you know I hate that place. Stay as far away from here as possible.

Good HK style food. Ive been to quite a few of HKs Michelin starred wonton joints and its HARD to find good wontons. Trust me. This place has pretty good wontons....one of the better ones Ive had in the bay in a looong time. The wontons are big and come with good flavor. The wrapping isnt too thick or sticky with a good amount of meat to shrimp ratio. Noodles had a slight bounce to them and the broth was ok...nothing a little hot sauce couldnt fix. Also ordered the Chinese doughnut wrapped in rice noodle (one of my faves). Sooo good. Service is typical of an Asian joint.. make sure you flag them down for service.

Terrible customer service. They never ask you if you need more water or a box, we had to wave them down twice. Food is OK not very tasty.. there are better restaurants out there. I have a pallet like a food critique. So i know good food. They totally forgot to place a soup order and 40 min later said it coming then 10 min later they brought it out just to be boxed. They never apologized. If you headed North bound stop at LILY KAI in Petaluma and go to a real chinese restaurant. I will never come back..

Its an okay Chinese place to eat at. There is a variety of food to eat from comfort type foods to delicacies that you would only eat during the festival event. Pricing isnt too bad but I wouldnt suggest it on a weekly basis. One tip is that if you have plan to eat at any of the restaurants at the Pacific East Mall. You better get there really early or budget some time if you are planning for specific date and time because the parking lot is almost always food by 11 am.

waitresses need training on how to be courteous. typical Chinese restaurant where they throw utensils and dishes on the table. rude, uncaring help at this place. management is the absolute worst. the food is very fair, if that. save your money and go to a place where the enjoyment of eating good food welcomed. Sorry management, this place is filthy and it needs a good working over. how in the world did they pass health inspections. bathrooms are filthy.

This is my 2nd time coming here. The food was very tasty in my opinion being from the south. I enjoyed it so much I decided to order the same thing again..Blk ppr beef ovr rice. I would agree with some of the other posts about the table service..it is kinda piss poor. They dont come back and check to see if you need refills on drinks or napkins or anything. True..you do have to waveem down to get any of these things..Overall...still a good place to eat.

I love out there! The atmosphere there its great, because you make your own. Yes my first time there it seemed slightly unfriendly BUT like they say dont judge a book by its cover... The food is always delicious ,fresh and fast. [Bring a few friends to help you share the large meal] My husband just yelled (as soon as he found out wjat i was doing) "wonderful food, rude a$$people but great food... " Try it for your self!

The food is good. Portion sizes are great. They have a large variety of styles on the menu. My favorites are Shanghainese Dumplings or Soup Dumplings. Prices are a bit on the high side, and some of the items are not great, but then, its hard to find really really good pot stickers. Theyre everywhere, but almost everywhere they are only mediocre. Nothing like grandma used to make.

Used to be 5 star Cantonese restaurant. I still record the food as excellent but the facility is falling apart and there are warnings everywhere about vehicle crime. Please put security in your parking lot, kill the fly infestation is your bathroom, and repair the moldy walls and doors in the back. I still love your food but fear illness because of the stank by your kitchen.

Pretty authentic Cantonese cuisine located adjacent to the 99 Ranch market. Their dishes come out piping hot, which is a basic requirement for any self-respecting Cantonese establishment. Huge portions, so order accordingly or youll be taking home a bunch of boxes. Most dishes here are better eaten at the restaurants, with few exceptions leftovers usually arent great.

My favorite late night Chinese food spot! It opens until 2am. The food is legit and no none sense. Nothing fancy served, only everything that will fill your stomach after a long hard night. Rather you spent your night clubbing, working or saving the world, this place will fill all your Chinese food needs!

I have been a customer for many years. Food used to be very good and the price was attractive. But now, quality dropped a little and the price went up. I still enjoy the food but I dont come back as often. Service is still good. Most of the service personnel has been working there for a long time.
