I know there are other locations but there are not that many in my part of the San Fernando Valley, the others I have been to have a fair amount of staff. However this location is just is good, but Im impressed that they run with just two young females at the registers, taking orders from many people, I have been in there when the line is to the entrance door and they operated it like they had four people helping them up front. They move fast and hardly ever make an error, as well as be courteous and kind, even when you can see theyre stressed and overwhelmed.

I wont deny that when were in the mood for some fast food fried chicken we typically hit popeyes before ralphs or KFC. We dig their spicy chicken and they have a special thats like 8.99 for 16 pieces of dark meat or something ridiculous. Even after eating it 3 days we typically still have chicken in our fridge but that price.... My mom was nice enough to remind me that it can be frozen ;-)

I almost always get ignored here when I need something. Its like the cashiers genuinely dislike me even though we have never met or spoken! Really dislike the service here, guess now Ill have to go a few miles for some chicken, oh well.... I just dont know what happened for them to dislike me so much, really uncalled for!!

Love it. The girls at the counter are cool. Madelyn and Lizzy both easy on the eyes and fun to chat with if theyre not too busy. Sometimes you have to wait for your order but that means your food is freshly cooked. It gets too warm inside in the summer to eat there.a though as it faces the west. Usually get it to go.

The fried chicken is always good here! Been here about 6 to 8 times this year and Ive always had freshly cooked fried chicken. I also really like the cajun rice! The staff is very nice and even to rude customers who complain about something that doesnt make sense. Come to this Popeyes if you are nearby!

I ordered the Chicken & Sausage jambalaya today, they should call it...one sausage, day old chicken & dry rice jambalaya. I usually enjoy their food at this location but lately the food has not been very good, and they only give you 1dippin sauce for a 9 piece nugget (2 for a 5piece strips) thats a shame.

I always love the chicken from Popeyes. but this place always brought me old memories of being with friends here when i use to get out of high school. loved the food of course. the service as like any other fast food place. the cashier is fast and polite. and calls me when my order is ready.

I love this location...the staff has always been nice. Long lines on Tuesdays but you cant beat the $1.99 deal. Location on De Soto and Saticoy will not sub white for dark on the special...this place will!

This Popeyes is always filty especially the bathrooms!! The tables and floors are full of crumbs. The staff is very nice but sometimes the orders are wrong!! I think they need more scheduled staff!!
