I love this place, one of my favorite all time restaurants. They have the best Chinese Chicken Salad on this planet. Seriously if you think youve had good Chinese Chicken Salad but havent tried theirs, you dont know what youre missing. Add to that some of their roasted chicken (we usually order the leg/thigh special super cheap but delicious) and dip in their incredible barbecue sauce. oh man. I live near San Fran now, I wish we had one here. I go there every time Im in LA now. The prices are reasonable- in fact the portions are big enough you can usually share them and eat really cheap. 1 chinese chicken salad and order of legs/thighs feeds 4 of us for under twenty bucks. Oh yeah and their side dishes. all amazing.

The food tastes great, but they seem to mess up my order every time I come in. Last time they forgot to give me my side dish and this time they left the feta cheese off of my salad and a very small portion on the avocado. I also think the the prices have gone up. If you are going to raise the prices, you should at least continue to give the same portions and make sure your orders are correct. I was also told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but it was more like 40 minutes. I would consider this place to be better than a fast food restaurant, but the service is really lacking.

This location is not on top of it. I love CCC but the Encino location just keeps messing up orders or they just dont care. Ordered a salad and it was about 1/3 full. On a different day, ordered a chicken rice wrap and they gave me one with no chicken. A friend went and waited over 45 minutes for an eat-in order and it was because they lost the order and didnt even apologize. I treat myself sometimes and go to the Westwood location and avoid Encino.

The California Chicken Cafe here is about 20 times better than the one in Hollywood. It’s not as crowded, parking is easier, and these people working here are nicer. The store is also cleaner in my opinion. The chicken is excellent, although they really don’t offer much else. But, I do go there because I want chicken. I just wish the one in North Hollywood near my apartment was as good as this one.

I love this place and we order from my job ALL the time. Weve never had a problem with our orders. Today we placed an order over the phone and were provided the worst of service, the employee taking our order apparently thought she was on mute and we heard her complaints about our order including her blatant profanity. So unprofessional and non-customer friendly conduct. I grade your SERVICE an F!

The potatoes are not not cooked per mgmt and owners and their potatoes are not the same, so you wont be happy. Chicken was to expensive and was a baby chicken. Been going here for 20 years and now my family and friends have also told me they complained to CCC. Money and greed runs CCC now. :(

I went for the salad ( veggie ) but fell in love with the chicken wings . absolutely will be back again. You can watch the fresh salads being made while in line . brightly lit. Flavor syrups for your tea. Very clean and barstools are adjustable for comfort when dining in.

One of the best chicken Cesar salads out there. The chicken is always juicy and cooked to perfection. If you opt for chicken with sides, the skin is like a fine creme brulee crust, sweet and crispy but never burnt! A must for lunch at least once a week!

Met a friend here for lunch as I was passing through Los Angeles. Parking was limited, but service was quick and the food was tasty and affordable. Its also a decent spot for vegetarians and vegans - my veggie wrap and cabbage salad was excellent!

This place is nice to go to. Its open and you can see all the food in front of you. The food taste great and taste clean. This is like a healthy version of chicken which I really like. I heave been here before and I would definitely come again.

Its a great healthy option for a meal or snack. The tomatoes were not ripe, some of the lettuce was bitter and a few pieces of chicken in my salad were questionable but all in all you get what you pay for and its a better option than McDonalds!

Although the food is amazing, this location always has a long line. Average food comes out in 20 mins. Its always packed. I recommend calling in and ordering before heading there. The portions are great and the staff is very friendly.

Love the Chinese chicken and California chicken salad taste is awesome service is great atmosphere is even better lunch time is a little busy but worth the wait and you can call ahead and place your order if you really dont want to wait

Busy and parking is a chore here. Food is decent. Had the chicken caesar wrap and felt the chicken to be very dry. Taste was good overall. Hot potatoes are ok as a side. Probably wont be a part of the rotation.

For a low-fat filling meal, you cant beat CALI CHICKEN! I love the rice wrap and and the California Chicken salad. Everything is very fresh and delivered quickly. I just wish they were open on Sundays!!!

Im allergic to carrots I ordered a wrap with no carrots the receipt said no carrots there was two stamps prepared by Joe, had carrots and it had an allergic reaction ended up in the hospital, F* this place
