This place was terrible. We were headed for the Arbys next door while driving back to San Diego from the central coast, but they were closed unexpectedly, so this place was it. I had one bite of coleslaw and tapped out. Same thing with the chicken tenders. Maybe I just dont have the same taste as I did in years paste, but I knew if I ate any more Id be in trouble. Will not return.

Food: good. Its Popeyes and its consistently good. Everything else: pretty terrible. Crew gives ZERO interest in the customers. The place never has sweet tea, we were once told they "do not do.it anymore". One time they closed way early and told us it was because they "had something tomorrow". Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. They dont want your money.

Not very friendly. Gets very busy & Ive never seen more than 1 overwhelmed cashier up front. No eye contact. No smiles. Employees all speak Spanish to each other so it loses its Louisiana American Southern feel. Get annoyed at questions about menu, although that seems like a lack of training.

Its Popeyes... So its good but 1/3 of my tenders have been extremely overcooked on two separate occasions. The employees are not exactly concerned about making a good impression with their customers, they could use some stronger leadership.

The food is great but every time i go, it takes about 30 mins to get my food and when i order over the phone they dont prepare my meal until i get there. Very inconvenient, terrible service.

For a variety of taste one can opt for either the spicy or regular chicken. I prefer to eat mine soonest, while still crunchy. Cold and it is not as good to eat.

The service here is terrible, find a Popeyes with a drive thru. Incompetent employees unwilling to ask for help. Its not difficult to take an order correctly.
