It first satrts as a burrito...he forgets what kind of beans. I tell him its a Veggie. I asked twice for the Fajita...also the HOT salsa and twice the Mild salsa. I ask for Guac. NO cheese. The ladiy wraps it up and marks it S(steak) /w G(Guacamole)...REALL?!?!? She continues to think its a Steak w/Guacamole...I said NO!!! She charges my card and I say NO Its a Veggie, NO Cheese, NO sour cream. Thank GOD that happen. The three preps carefully open the burrito to find that its a VEGGIE Burritto!!! REALLY!!! The Hard Part is that it wasnt even busy enough to make a simple mistake. If it was the first time I would have blown it off. More like the third time. I know the turn around is more then 75% there and that sucks...gonna suck even more if it doesnt get fixed. JUst saying...Thank You for your time.

We ordered our meal online like we always do, got to the establishment and still had to wait 15 minutes for our food. We figured since it was really busy we would cut the workers a break. When we returned to the office to eat I opened my chicken bowl and the guac was turn (brown) as if it has been sitting out for an hour or so, the guac for our chips was better (not by much) so I used that. While eating I noticed that my cicken bowl tasted really salty and the more I ate it started to have an overwhelming flavor of lime. The chicken was burnt, and the rice was all clumped together. Im not sure what happened today but I am far from satisfied. We eat here all the time and this has been the third time that I feel money was wasted. I know if I am paying for our lunch group to eat, this will not be the place we go.

Its a good thing the food is usually good because the service is terrible. I usually wait in line 15-20 minutes and then when I get up to order my food, Im rushed to the point of them making it wrong. Today, I wasnt given the guacamole I ordered and didnt notice until I got home. Usually there are 2 servers talking to you at the same time and Im trying to order food for myself and something for a friend. Theyre slapping food so fast they always screw up. Today I asked for guacamole ON THE SIDE and he threw it on top. Thats great if youre going eat it immediately, but not so good if eaten later. Why do servers that work in fast food restaurants always have an attitude? Did you forget youre working at a fast food restaurant?

They are not concerned with getting your order correct or giving you what youve paid them for. We work near this location and faxed an order today for about 8 people. I was looking forward to getting my veggie bowl, no rice, with black beans and fajita veggies. Instead, I got a seven dollar bowl of brown rice (see pic). Another coworkers order, which requested beans and no rice, also had rice and no beans. When we double checked our order form, the orders we placed had literally nothing selected in the "rice" section. We all agreed we would never order anything from this place again. Dont waste your time or money here.

I estimate I have eaten at Chipotles across the country about 5,000 times. Each time I eat a barbacoa (or now chorizo) burrito, endorphins start pulsating through my body. The burritos take me to such euphoric heights. I didnt know it was possible to experience this level of ecstasy in this life. Sometimes when Im with my wife in the car and shes talking, Im actually not listening. Im thinking about Chipotle, and how I could put a burrito in me that day. Is that wrong? Is it cheating if Im imaging a barbacoa burrito (with a side of guac) while Im with my wife?

I would say get there before 11:45am....or after 1pm...or the line to order is 20 people deep. I am always satisfied with their burritos. I usually cut it in half & save the rest for later. My regular order: 50/50 Barbacoa/Carnitas Fajita Burrito, Rice, Pinto Beans, all 4 Salsas, Sour Cream Cheese, Lettuce. Top it off with the Chipotle Tabasco... Thats 2 whole meals for you. Lunch & dinner is set. Glad they finally come to Rancho Cordova.

I went to get some Tabasco here to enjoy on my burrito and there was none where there is usually Tabasco at other locations. I asked the cashier if they had any and she said "we do, but its portioned out now"! What? Really? She gave me two to-go cups with about two splashes of Tabasco in them! Cmon Chipotle! Youre being stingy with your Tabasco when your charging extra for a dab of guacamole? Quit being so cheap, you a-holes!!!

I made numerous online orders for my company! (up to 10 ppl) And every time they manage to completely neglect the order instructions! A "Chicken Bowl" is supposed to have chicken in it and a "light on the sour cream moment does not mean fill up the bowl with sour cream! Basically dont count on them to make your order right, either go in and order or go elsewhere!

I dont know if its just this location. The chicken was chewy and a lot of fat in it. In addition, my girlfriend and I just walked in and nobody greeted us and then the staff seemed so distracted they were helping with one of the staff members phone instead of focusing on the customer. The person in front of us was waiting for awhile for them to finish her order.

I was a little upset that they charged me for guacamole when I only wanted the smallest amount. In fact they charged me full price $1.90. Well I got my food and came home only to bite into it and chip my tooth on what looks like a pepper ball!!! I will be returning to my regular restaurant where they comp my guacamole and I dont need a dentist afterwards.

Worst chipotle ever. Got an online order for 2 bowls. All I wanted was 2 freaking burrito bowls for me and my wife to enjoy. What I had was scraps of food in my bowl and a mixture of pure disgustingness in my wifes. They also gave us a pinch of guacamole and only gave me 2 pieces of carnitas. I would only go back to throw up the food they served me.

Friendly enough, but wow they have bad service. I placed a phone order to avoid waiting in line. Yeah right! It would have been faster to wait in the line! Plus I asked for everything but sour cream and Guac, they messed that up. Now I dont have cheese on my tacos??? I waited 15 minutes for this! Could be better next time, but Ill know.

I dont understand some of the reviews here. Ive always gotten very good food and very good service. Yes, at lunch and especially Fridays during lunch, the line can get long. But it moves fairly quickly. At times Ive ordered online and had to wait a few minutes to pick it up, but again, that was during a really busy time.

Very popular place during the lunch rush. If you dont make it early, you will have a hard time getting a quick meal. The food is always good, considering you can have what you want in your burritos, bowls, tacos, and so forth. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is a great for days that arent so hot outside.
