Nice change from the standard "taco truck". Carlos is always coming up with new ideas for his food. For instance the Quesi-Taco or "Mexican Burger which is topped with carne asada onion cilantro. Shrimp Tacos are my wifes favorite. Its one of those places where you keep wanting to try more new stuff but its hard when you know the regulars are so good. Oh also be weary of the hot sauce. Its actually hot!

I love the Carne Asada burrito! Get it with both the Verde and Red Sauce. Warning, the red salsa is pretty hot! When Im not in the mood for a burrito i eat the quesi-tacos of carne asada or al pastor.
