Normally I would love Chipotle. I have never had a bad experience there in my life...until today. Called to place a phone order. The manager on the phone told me they dont do that. I explained that i have never been to a chipotle where a phone, fax, or email order was not allowed. She said that I was being rude to her because of asking that question. She then told me that she needed to get off the phone because she only had one employee. Right when I was going to ask her a question she hung up on my...I only got out two words prior to the hang up. I will not be going back to this Chipotle again because of the blatant disrespect when you are going to be giving a company money. Wen to Vacaville instead even though I live 15 min from this one and Vacaville was a 35 min drive for me the opposite way. Do not spend your hard earned money on this ghetto Chipotle.

bad place to try and eat overal bad experience. was not happy with the service and the food was ordinary. first of all i is stated on the menu that you will get your food in 10 min or less not the case got there at 11:55 didnt sit down to eat until 12:25 both servers were rude, rushed me, and didnt get my order correct. two servers were trying to talk to me at the same time. did not give me my order even tho im telling her as she is doing it. i really dont like this place, i do like chipotle just this one needs a change. slow down and take my order and dont talk over your cow workers its rude and not helpful. also when a small child is trying to talk to you do not be rude to that person. i have also ordered online from them using there app. my order was not ready when i got there and it was missing essential items on all orders . will not be going back

Its a good thing the food is usually good because the service is terrible. I usually wait in line 15-20 minutes and then when I get up to order my food, Im rushed to the point of them making it wrong. Today, I wasnt given the guacamole I ordered and didnt notice until I got home. Usually there are 2 servers talking to you at the same time and Im trying to order food for myself and something for a friend. Theyre slapping food so fast they always screw up. Today I asked for guacamole ON THE SIDE and he threw it on top. Thats great if youre going eat it immediately, but not so good if eaten later. Why do servers that work in fast food restaurants always have an attitude? Did you forget youre working at a fast food restaurant?

I ordered my usual bowl with chicken. I loved chipotle but this one left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. When I took my first bite, the texture just wasnt right. Come to find that the white rice was mushy and crunchy at the same time. I know rice, Im Asian, I eat rice everyday, and its not supposed to feel like that. I did inform them, they made me a new bowl with freshly made rice. But unfortunately I had already lost my appetite. My husbands bowl was in the same condition, but isnt the type to return food. I dont think well be returning anytime soon, but I appreciate the workers efforts.

Very poor service . I placed a online order to pick up. I order 3 bowls and extra meat with all 3 and we did not get any extra meat. The girls made me wait until the exact time on the order. If I had join the line I would leave they 20 minutes earlier. The girl at the cash register was very rude. I got sour cream on a order that had no sour cream.guacamole in the wrong order. I spend 45 dollars for 3 lunches and we hate what we got.

Go in (as in GO INSIDE) Be polite Watch them closesly Make sure they dont botch your order Be polite if they do and ask for a new one Dont order online/phone/fax ------- Follow the advice listed above and you will have a standard chipotle experience Staff is feisty but nice so dont be a rude customer and youll have a great time

Its chipotle in Vallejo, which in itself is fantastic given the shortage of high quality food chains in this town. Only problem is the location, given that its at a plaza thats completely unwalkable and not cycle friendly. But thats a systemic problem with Vallejos planning and infrastructure rather than the fault of chipotle.

Chipotle is normally just OK, but this particular location is worse than the baseline. The bathroom has a code, and the exit from the highway is really inconvenient. The staff is inattentive, and left me without salsa on the burrito. Their burrito wrapping skills are subpar. I would not stop by here on my upcoming drives.

Im not one for loud places, but Chipotles is very good. Despite having to shout your order- I like it a lot. I always order tacos. Everything tastes so fresh. The prices seem fair if you want a step up from fast food, and a step down from full restaurant service.

Love their guacamole and carnitas. Put them in anything and its great. I like it that even with a long line, it moves through fast. Also I find it very clean, which I like. It is a bit noisy, but the food is great so I can live with that.

Absolutely delicious burritos and burrito bowls. The quesadillas are great too, but I always get a burrito bowl. A bit expensive, but the barbacoa (spicy shredded pork) is phenomenal. Make sure to add guacamole!

Order online and save yourself 20+ minutes of waiting in line. The downfall to ordering online is that you cant finesse larger or otherwise advantageous portions. Pick your poison.

I love Chipotle. At this store theyre always really late with online orders. Dont expect your order to be ready on time. Show up 30 minutes late or theyll make you wait.

I ordered the chicken burrito and it was pretty awesome. I would recommend this restaurant for its interesting flare on mexican. I recommend the burrito bowl though. :)
