I ordered a 12 piece family meal and waited after I was told that it will be 6 1/2 minutes for biscuits, I waited and waited for more than 15 minutes and finally was asked if I have placed an order, I said yes I did, then she took the copy of my receipt and look at it like she have not seen it on their monitor, after I have paid for it already then I said thank you and went on, I got home and checked what I got, 2 biscuits missing, I got 4 instead of 6, chicken was not original which I ordered and side orders were not complete. I just could not be more dissatisfied with this KFC (state avenue) here in Marysville. Wa. I will never come here again, and folks make sure you check on your orders after they give to you.

Third time should be the charm right. I went tonight to collect the items they left out from two of my previous visits. Ordered an additional $5.99 2 piece meal item along with items they actually owed me (not free). The manager on duty handed me my order, I asked what was in the bag? Only two of three items I had ordered where in there. So they charged me for the one additional item. I checked bag to make sure there was three boxes in bag. Arriving at home this time I didnt have silverware, butter or napkins and one of the meals they forgot a cookie. Went there about 1:30 today and went thru the drive thru. They can my order wrong. cashier takes the bag back and takes out the item I didnt order and hands it back. I asked about my refund. she looked daze and confused. she talk to someone in the back. told me to come inside for a refund. I told her no. then someone comes up to the window not giving me the time of day. angerily pushes buttons on the register. while handing my money bank she throws it into my hand and money and receipt falls out and she walks away. Unfortunately cashier had first receipt so I couldnt call the company number. I never had service like this here before.

The urban spoon said it great: slow, disorganized, and gross. The employees always seem stressed out, and you have to wait as long as you would at a sit down restaurant for food that tastes like its been sitting there for a week or two. It looks seriously understaffed; the employees themselves are great, and give you the best service they can, but it seems like they have about half as many people as they should. Go over to Safeway and get some Deli chicken; go down to Golden Corral, but do these guys a favor and dont go here.

Went to drive thru, manager took my order while making previous cars order, then when I got to the window she had to repeat my order to clerk so I could pay for food. Food was good but I didnt get dressing after she repeated my order to me saying she wouldnt forget it! Also chicken sandwich was spicy but menu didnt say it would be. I liked it but food wasnt as described on menu!

Expect the worst and you wont be disappointed. 20 minute drive through would be fine for perfect food but although it was cooked fine, they didnt wrap it correctly so there was a mess everywhere. Im not even a picky person, especially fast food but it just seems like they threw everything in the bag and shook it up.

Driest, worst macaroni and cheese ever! Took 2 bites and threw the rest away! For a couple years the place has been going down hill - I think were done going there now. Too bad, cuz it used to be a favorite place for our family.

If i could do a zero I would. The assistant manager was extremely rude and was being a smart ass. Then she charged me for extra chicken didnt get it and a lot of our order was missing.. I wish i went somewhere else.

This location can get swamped. It is usually busy delicious and their employees want you there. I got an order that wasnt quite right and they made it right without question. Expect positive experiences.

I ordered mac n cheese with my dinner, got gone and realized I didnt get any. I got coleslaw instead. I tried to call to get my order fixed and no one answered. Very poor service
