This place is normally pretty on point . But tonight was horrible. I waited in line for over a half an hour when only 2 cars were in front of me. Ordered a nacho Bell grande, burrito supreme, a encharito, and a caramel apple empanada.The chips in the nacho Bell grande were stale and Soggy. The top on the encharito was off so the sauce spilled all over the bag and everything inside of it. The burrito supreme was cold. The caramel apple empanada was cold. They also didnt give me the sauce I asked for. Tried calling the number that it list online and you just get a fax machine noise. Curious what was going on in there tonight. I wont be returning to this Taco Bell anytime soon.

Drove through at around 6 P.M. on a Wednesday. Took a few attempts for them to realize I was ordering a Locos Tacos Box combo and not a 12 Taco Box. Not a huge deal. Then they forgot my buddies drink, no prob. Then they gave him a small drink instead of a large one. We left a little frustrated, but everything seemed to be in order. Got home, and the sauces which we had very specifically asked for were no where to be found. Food was fine, service was meh, even as far as taco bells go. I probably wont go there again, poor management takes too long to improve at a place like that.

I have a love - hate relationship with this Taco Bell. The drive through is so very slow. You can expect to spend over half an hour in the drive through if anybody is ahead of you. Literally, I have left the line, driven to the Taco Bell in Hercules, ordered, paid, got my food and drove back by this Taco Bell only to see that the car that was at the speaker box still had not paid yet. The staff is very nice and the orders come out accurately, even if at a glacial pace. It works in a pinch and has the tasty treats that make the bell a craveworthy place.

Drive thru evening 8pm ish Order was wrong, food throw in, no forks, didnt taste like the Taco Bell I know. Young employee in the drive thru was rude. Didnt even apologize when I had to come back thru, told me to go inside for the forks.. For real? I pulled around anyways then he pulled a fork out of a huge box behind him -_- ... So yeah close to the worst service Ive ever received in my life. Never coming back to this location. Did I mention they were slow..

Nothing to like about this franchise. Third time they forgot part of an order. When I checked the bag the young man let me know he got it all in the bag. He then was smug in his tone so I then reminded him he didnt give me my drink. Oops my bad. He got pissed because I was trying to check the bag for the remaining items due to my past dealings with these people they have shorted me a couple times. Never again will I go there! Basically they suck.

Went to taco bell located in Hercules ca which does not show up on yelp. Food made me sick power bowl salad , however the other food was fine we got. The power bowl salad was little food, they neglected to ask if I wanted steak or chicken and they gave me chicken which made my stomach cramp 1 hour after I ate it. I went there a week prior and they forgot our forks.

Where Friday nights happen. Here, you can expect the drive thru line to be filled, you may only spend about less than 15 minuets waiting for your food in line. The order will come out correct 14/15 times. The food quality is great, its hot, not necessarily fresh, but it passes.

They are very quick despite lots of cars going through the driveway, so far anytime I go, the service has been decent. The inside I havent really been into, but over all they accommodate my random requests for certain things.

I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. The workers were incredibly rude and short with me and I overheard profanity over the drive through intercom. Worst Taco Bell drive through I have ever been to.

Ive been here 4 times over the last few months. And every time I go here, the service is slow. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru the other night. Go to the one on San Pablo. Their service is much faster.
