Ordered a Tendergrill, not once, but twice. First time I got a tendercrisp, not what I wanted, so I go order again, this time very explicit that I want the GRILLED sandwich, they hand me my receipt and it says Tendercrisp on it, so I call multiple employees over and explain that I want the TENDERGRILL not the tendercrisp and they seem to acknowledge that they understand and then I wait 5 minutes and no sandwich and everyone ignores me like I got my food already. I am now late coming back from my lunch break.

Well for one , food was fast. 2nd kid on drive thru was terrible he couldnt understand the simplest question Wichita I may add he spoke good English. When I approached the window he was rude and when I told them they needed to fix/ adjust their speakers he gave me an answer and a look like whatever dude!. Because he was having a hard time understanding my order. Over all I did my part and was courteous and said thank you a couple of times .
