This place used to be a good place to get decent food. Now that new owners have taken over, its been getting worst. Ive been coming here for years. With the pervious owners I was able to pay with my Amex card. Now the new owners dont take it. But thats not the big issue here because I have other credit cards. Today I went ahead and got myself a burger and chili cheese fries. From the first bite I could already tell that they changed the chili flavor to something cheap and disgusting. I had to drive back and ask for my money back because the food was so bad. I normally dont do this, but I was so mad. I wont be coming back to this location ever again!! I hate how cheap these new owners are. Dont fix something that isnt broken. My advise to everyone is to not come here. Cutting cost isnt always best for a business especially when you alter the food that made this place so good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

First thing we saw was disgusting bathrooms. I then placed my order and while doing so the lady behind the cash register ran and grabbed food with her bare hands, after handling money, to put in the fryer. My pancakes were disgusting and rubbery. My bacon was nasty. I saw a guy in need and decided to buy him food. She told me what I was ordering was too expensive to buy him. The audacity. Who did she think she was? My parents went there a few weeks ago and told me it was disgusting but I thought I would try it anyways. Bad idea.

Came here for breakfast, I wanted a simple plate with 2 pancakes eggs hash browns and ham. The cashier "Young Girl" gave me an attitude and suggested a different Combo.. and said i can order extra pancakes ... WTF cant i have what I ordered?? I never had this problem before..even at a Toms burger joints. The food was good/ok but i didnt get what i wanted. I was Very Hungry or i would of gone elsewhere.

They have horrible customer service!!!!! They need to fire all those old stupid hags behind the register and just keep the younger ones. Those old b****** f*** up my order all the time and have a nasty attitude about it. Todas son una bola de mal cojidas!!!!! No surprise that the owner only thanks those giving this dump 5 stars. ILL GIVE YOU 5 STARS WHEN YOU GET MY FOOD RIGHT!

Poor customer service. Expensive as well for not so great food. Plus I got a combo that comes with a drink, wanted orange bang and it was an Extra $1.25 plus an Extra dollar for refill. With these prices, the people here make more than minimum wage or the owner is just a jack wagon making a lot of money. First and last time coming.

Food is okay, used to be good but after the new ownership its just like any other... place is dirty... customer service is the worst.. super cheap owners now... mid summer and the AC is off, they charge for dressings on the side. I wouldnt be surprised if they start charging for napkins haha

The food is good. Its the customer service that makes it unbearable. We actually go to this Douglas burgers a lot. It is by where we live. Too bad the customer service is so bad. We are always talked to with an attitude and 50% of the time our orders are wrong.

The prices are ridiculous, Im surprised they dont charge for an extra single napkin they are Extremely stingy and the employees are rude!! Never going back there again dont recommend it might as well go to In n Out probably cheaper and better quality

Not bad for a quick stop. I have a chicken burrito no onions add avocado. Everybody was good and the portions were 24. I would recommend coming here for fresh handmade meals.
