The last time I visited this Burger King (1997) I asked for a cheese burger at the drive through. I received a cold burger. I immediately complained and was told to park at the side and that they would fix me another one. Well, I waited patiently thinking they would make one "to oder" to keep the customer satisfied...when the employee brought it to my car the burger felt hot. When I bit into it I burned my mouth...these incompetent idiots microwaved the first burger, waited a while then delivered it as they said. I called the corporation with a formal complain and I haven't gone back again. I see that it has not changed.

Reason for 5 stars is because this place aside from the Ihop next door has awesome customer service. Cashiers there have a great attitude super polite and always ask you if you need anything else and on top of that food is hot when you receive it not that mild warmth you get from mcdonalds or any other fast food chain. Good place good food and just great staff. Keep up the good work.

This place sucks so bad,the employees are rude,for some apparent reason always at the drive through they give you the food cold,and they had some heard at hearing idiot that Bearly spoke any English take our order and he got everything wrong! This is the worst burger king ever!!
