I just left this store tonight,Sept 19,,9:20p.m.,with soggy nachos.The young man who made my nachos had an attitude and was arguing with me and telling me he just got done with my order,when I was standing there in front of the counter watching him put my order to the side and started on another order. I didnt know that it was my order at the time until I asked for my order and a woman helped me and she grabbed the same bag I saw him put to the side. So,my nachos sat there for a minute or two,hot and steaming,but covered with the plastic plate cover. It already was getting soggy nacho chips. I spoke to the woman and he overheard me,and he started arguing with me and said thats not what happened and he had an attitude. Im not saying that customers are always right,but I was at that time. I saw him put my order to side and didnt tell anyone there that its ready to go. I just want whatever I ordered given to me when its done,ESPECIALLY the Nachos because nobody wants soggy tortilla chips!! Oh,this is not the first time for me,either! These young workers there better realize that theyre working in a fast food chain and we as customers still want that fast service,regardless. This guy thinks hes in the park with the young girls that work,and Im priority #2. Amazing,Unbelievable. Hes gotten too relaxed and probably forgot that hes working in a public service fast food restaurant that fast service and good food and being corteous and friendly to customers is Priority #1!!

Awful experience. I ordered a few items and requested for extra sauce. I was charged for the extra sauce and paid for the extra sauce without any hesitatations. In the process of checking my order i stated to the cashier their is no extra sauce and he took the taco with his bare hands(unsanitary) and turned it over to his lead erick. Erick decided to come to the window and debate. I immediately requested for my money back and his reaction was totally inappropriate as a lead towards a customer. Its customarily to pay for extra sauce and receive what i paid for. How hard is it to give a customer what they paid for?

I hate giving this review because I eat at Taco Bell ALL THE TIME ! But this taco bell was pretty bad. I ordered to go. When I opened up my food my double chalula had a nice peice of hair in it and the meat was so oily and fatty. After throwing that away I started eating my crunchwrap and the beef was the same in that one and I felt sick right away.

I asked them twice if my order was correct. First thing i notice is that they didnt even put the complete order in the bag, i have to drive back to get everything. I get back to my house to and unwrap my burritos and its not even what i ordered. I paid for the steak house burrito but got a chicken burrito instead. How frikken hard is fast food?

I asked for a burrito supreme no sour cream tonite june 1rst and i got lots of sour cream. I think i will choose another taco bell who gets the order right. I read that a particular staff is disrespectful. He should be fired!! Morning crew much more attentive. Nite crew are not good workers. Ill go else where from now on.

Ate there when they were new and they got my combo order wrong waited a few Weeks to work out the kinks and this time in drive through and same thing happened, they even forgot 2 items.Will drive to the one on del amo and Woodruff. Much better.

I only go through the drive thru so I normally dont have a long wait no matter the time of day. My food order is accurate, communication is clear and the employees are overall polite.
