You shouldnt mistreat your customers because of a simple misunderstanding. I get the fact that you reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, but that sign clearly speaks for those who are an issue towards your standards of liking. Your sloppy attitude and lack of respect towards an everyday kind of customer made me realize how arrogant and disrespectful you were. I myself, an aspiring chef who hopes to own a restaurant as nearly as good as your Teriyaki Chicken will not be complimenting your service any longer. What used to be my second best Chinese food restaurant now finishes last on my list. I hope you treat your customers how you would want to be treated in the near future, and maybe next time youll think twice before calling a valued customer "STUPID". Have a great day.
