Bad Service . I am writing to you to express how bad of service i continueslly get at the Pollo Loco on Tweedy Blvd in South Gate Ca. I drove thru the Drive thru today after my sons basketball practice. I think this is one of the worst Pollo loco site I have ever eaten from. This is not my first time there. Ive previously experienced if not the same service, but worst at this location. I ordered a chicken tostada. I asked the lady if i can have more green salsa. She made a face as she closed the window. I live more or less about a mile away from this Pollo Loco location, not even 5 minites. With that said, as I sat down to eat, The tostada was poorly served and tasted like it had been sitting there all day long. Someone from the franchise needs to check this Pollo Loco location.

Well i skipped the drive thru today bacause i taugh it would be much easier and faster to go inside and order, the cashier was very helpful and polite, they gave me #6 and theres was about 10 people total waiting for orders, 10 min passed, 20 minutes passed and i finally asked what happened to my order as the original people that was there when i got there were gone! Finally about 25 minutes in to the waiting the cook which was the only cook at the time came out and ask for my receipt, he shook his head at his coworkers and apologized to me, 5 minutes later the cook had my order ready while the crew of 6 people couldt get my order for 25 minutes!! A 30 minute wait for a 12 pc to go is unacceptable, never coming back here again, my respects to the cook though.

He used to go there ... are not very nice ... but always going ... until q one day, there came some men eating buy that at first glance looked they could not grasp the soda for health reasons ... good were spilled some soda and a little goes a lioness salsa.y horrible scream what I said was I told him to no longer tell them more things left clean ..pues also chastised me and I cried I yelled and told me that she was not in that place that only covered a place of q someone had not arrived. and I told the supervisor and she did as it was not with her and made me a bad gesture back and the two are great friends rightly said nothing is outrageous, if they do not like their work to be left to another well loaprecie.

This place has the worst service ever and worst manager. Ive been coming here for 20 years and ive never had a problem until they replaced manager. There has been countless of times that they get my order incorrect and the chicken is nasty. There was a time when they gave a chicken that was raw from the inside and from the outside it was burnt. It was so disgusting, the manager didnt even apologize for their mistake and was so inappropriate. This is so disappointing how they dont care about the customers, and about the service they give. I wouldnt recommend anything to this place. This would be the last time i come here.

Resulta que espere mas de media hora en la linea para ordenar y cuando por fin puedo ordenar me dicen que espere 40 minutos para que este el pollo, creo que algo debe estar pasando o no hay cocineros o se hacen los mensos para ponerse pilas deberían serrar mejor o con que producto van a satisfacer al cliente.

This Pollo Loco seriously needs a new manager. The manager herself has given me attitude when i mentioned that the lemon slices she gave me were rotten. If she eats rotten stuff thats on her but i am sure not gonna eat something rotten, especially if i paid for it. Went a different day thinking oh well she probably had a bad day but no, went drive thru on a different ocasion and got my order i then asked for salsa and she said they were all out, i said how could this be, so i went around and got off (defeating the purpose of drive thru) and to my amazement the salsa bar was full of salsa...

The bathroom is disgusting Theres never toilet paper its disgusting and gross the foods cold I never get my food right and the staff are rude they shut off the machine to get soda and they laughed at my husband for sitting on the floor because he was tired from walking we both sat down it was a stressful day and all we wanted was a cup of water at one point and they took forever when we went there to cool off and use the bathroom all though Ive only eaten here once I dont think there food is up to par Im never coming back again and they shouldnt even get a star

Service was ok I was just annoyed at the fact that my food was prepared very sloppy & prior to them serving my food I was told I could not use multiple coupons which Ive done at other stores which is okay its just it appeared that the a person attending me was annoyed and then she had holes in her ears which I think is very in a professional she could wear some little studs or something but not have things hanging out over ears thats very unprofessional shes at work she could wear that after she gets off of work here

I gave this place another chance the other night and I will never go back to this place. The night I went they where out of chicken. How the heck do you sell chicken as a business but run out of it at 8 pm. My prior visit they where all out of sodas and didnt even have the decency to tell me and other customers while your ordering. The salsa bar was completely empty. A few of the customers where upset with their service.

The manager was so rude with me when I asked for a little cilantro dressing for my burrito who already comes with cilantro she offered me only Ranch said thats all she had when she said the cilantro dressing in the back was only for service not to give out she offered me Ranch how can I put ranch dressing on my burrito didnt make sense she was so rude

Worst service ever. Took them 20 minutes to get my food and no apology. Rice was burned even the smoke alarm went off. I guess drive thru service is their priority. I almost forgot to mention that they had two workers on lunch break, one of them being the manager. Talk about pollo loco

The staff here are super cool. Really good service here! Parking can be a little tight though. Theres also a Subway and Burger King nearby. Be careful at the intersection (Tweedy and San Miguel). There have between quite a few accidents with cars and pedestrians there.

Horrible drive thru service i recieved today . the lady was beyond rude , she slammed the window on me , & rudely gave me my order . i would suggest going to the lynwood location if its not so much out your way
