I was glad to see The Habit Burger Grill just opened in my area. (Its located across the street from Big 5 near Sepulveda/Van Nuys). We noticed it open a short time ago without any fan-fair or advertising in mail or any ads. We were curious and LOVE burgers so we wanted to put it to the test. Walking up to the Habit you can see the smoke of the char-broiler and when you park, the smell of the char-broiler is very magical for burger fanatics such as my gf and I. The interior is very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and the place was busy on a Saturday afternoon. We were happy to see support for the restaurant considering we saw no advertising, mail circulars or hear about any grand opening and we live close. We were happy to be there and so were a lot of other people that filled the restaurant with sit down meals and to go meals. The FOOD WAS GREAT! Full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and Delicious! I ordered a Char Meal (Charbroiled Cheeseburger with the works + Onion rings + medium soda). All was cooked perfectly. The Onion rings tasted great as well. Im sure we have all had onion rings what were cooked in old oil and it tasted old right? Not here. These were cooked perfectly as was the burger. We are glad to have them in our neighborhood. Expect us to be back again...and again... Happy to have The Habit in the area! ! ! Keep the quality up! ! !

Great food--no question about it.....but a bit disorganized. First time I was there, waited 25 minutes only to find out that they had lost my order. They had it ready for me in 5 minutes - and for compensation, they gave me a coupon for a free burger on my next visit. Came back a month later....used my coupon.....and the same thing happened. Waited 20 minutes....then had to ask the manager where my food was. Again, they had it ready in 5 minutes. When I explained that this was the 2nd time I was there and the 2nd time the same thing happened, the manager didnt really seem to care - and didnt bother giving me a coupon. Doesnt matter - I wont be back...too bad - the food is really good.

My fiancee and I have been to The Habit several times. Today was not a good experience, we ordered the tri-tip on a french roll , fries , and drink. I told the cashier that we wanted the meat well done ,no pink color at all. I said in fact , tell the cook to make sure it is extra crispy. The meat was red still and a little tough. I wanted to get a refund , my fiancee said no its ok, lets eat it as is. I dont like raw meat , thats why I asked for well done. How Ive been feeling sick , vomiting over and over. Wow guess I wont be eating there again !

My to-go order was missing an item. I returned to the restaurant only expecting to get the missing item but the manager went beyond that simple replacement and prepared a fresh order. I appreciate the customer care they displayed. The charburger is always an excellent choice. My sister had the veggie burger and as the only veggie burger Ive ever tasted Ive got to say its quite good. Ill have to order one for myself soon. Great place to eat.

Tried to go here on Feb 4th for lunch and the parking lot was INSANE because of whatever was going on at Super King. I couldnt park anywhere and the parking lock was gridlocked so I left. I feel really bad for writing this review but people need to know what theyre getting into and mentally prepare themselves for the situation I experienced. I would advise to go to a different location.

Poor service. 1. Ordered the Char with no tomato,onion,or pickles but still ended getting tomato. 2. One of the cooks was eating French Fries in the kitchen. 3. They ran out of ranch and said they were going to make more and when they made it they gave it to people who asked for it after us. 4. The bathrooms were horrible. Definitely my first and only visit here.

I love the habit. The crew here always makes sure my order is done the way I want it. The cashiers are friendly amd always smile. One time, my order was wrong, and they went above and beyond to make sure i received a new burger the way i ordered it. They were super cool about it, too. Their friendly staff is why i come back on a regular basis.

Very comrtable,excellent service,a big variety of hamburgers,sandwiches,cooked with good substances and very savory.I enjoy that many of the device people are fluent in English and Spanish. I expect that the music be of a variety as are the clients of all nationalities and ages.EXCELLENTE!

Ive got nothing bad to say about this place. When I first moved here, there were two other burger joints that I was told were the best and that I would absolutely love, but I love this place. You can even ordering your food online before you get there.

The customer service here is exceptional. They pay attention when you order, repeat it back, then charge. The chefs all look like theyre having a great time, which any food person knows, makes it taste that much better. 10/10. Would eat again!

Fast and thorough service at the cashier, slight wait for food as the line of served people was longer. Food was severely ON POINT, as usual. We ordered to-go this time, the fries kept well and the burger was still very good.

great place been coming here a lot and now since I live closer better .. but the last time I came I got a chicken club and on one sandwich there was a little strip of chicken (stingy much) but other than that great place

The people were very nice & helpful. The food was fresh & delicious. The restaurant was spotless. I have an injured hand, they offered to bring my food to my table, cut the sandwich, & refill my drink. What a treat!

Love The Habit. I love the grilled chicken here, I rotate each time I go. I get it lettuce wrapped or on the wheat bun. Add Portobello Mushrooms, yummy. I have had the sweet potato fries, and green beans too. Yummy

I like eating from here, Their Tri-Tip and their pastrami sandwiches are great, the place and restrooms are clean, the service is good, the parking is okay and the price is fair. give it a try.

The food is always good here. The service is excellent for a burger joint in a busy area. The burgers is always worth the wait. Double habit burger is my favorite choice on the menu.
