Went in and had a horrible experience. The manager short manager (male) pudgy, with colored eyes was very rude. He barely smiled, it looked so fake and like it hurt him to smile even a little. He slid my bag down to me instead of handing it. My food was cold. All the girls making my food were rude and did not smile. I decided to give it another chance, same location. Another male manager with gray hair bagged my food he was nicer, but I still wasnt impressed. I told the girl at the front what I wanted three times, I was being loud and clear! I asked for a burrito bowl with a tortilla inside my bowl and she did not comprehend what it was I was asking for. The second girl put my meat in my bowl and asked which salsa I would like. I told her "mild and corn." she then put medium and sour cream on my bowl! I was so upset. I asked the male manager to remake it and he did but looked a little aggitated by my request. I have never had such a horrible experience at any Chipotle.

I love Chipotle Grill, its my favorite place for Burritos and the price is not expensive. the only thing is that they just do what you tell them and does not help you make the right choices to make better food. I mean the first couple times I was there, I asked them to put everything in my burritos and they did without question, so it turned out to be too spicy.

Horrible experience. I never come to this Chipotle before & thank God. Never coming back to this one again. Girls who made my bowl messed it up & when I asked them nicely to add certain items to my bowl they refused & instead put a small portion into a nasty tin foil wrap. Horrible customer service. Horrible listening skills.

Me and my Girlfriend wanted to grab a bite to eat before the movies; the food was served cold. My tacos included the tortillas were below room temperature and the food here seemed Blan. Were not picky eaters at all; I just my honest opinion

I felt like I was nickeled & dimed because I was charged for a burrito when I ordered two sides with my quesadilla.. I really wanted one container with half medium half sour cream but technically thats still considered as two sides..
