The FIRST & LAST time I will go to this location. I brought my wife & son there for lunch & we left very disappointed with the service, cleanliness, & food. Normally, Chipotle portions are small HOWEVER the portions given were teaspoon size. Our server was cheery BUT paid no attention to what we were asking for. We had to constantly repeat our order multiple times & request "a little more" with every portion serving starting with the rice. It was very irritating. Prices are already HIGH but when combined with service that SUCKS & filthy bathrooms, its best to AVOID locations like this. There are a few chairs that are broken (backings are hanging by the hinges) but the staff still leaves them out for customers to use. No care for safety! If I could give this place 0 STARS, I would.

one of my favorite fast food joints - chipotle. always get a bowl (with a tortilla on the side). they recently added chorizo to their choices of meat. its a little salty but reminds you of chorizo. my favorite still is their chicken. their home fried chips are a perfect way to add a crunch factor to your menu.

I love Chipotle. I usually go to the Norco restaurant, so Im used to their friendly and VERY fast service. When I go to Eastvale, theres always very slow service. Plenty of workers on duty, but not focusing on customers. I stand in a line for 5 minutes that doesnt move. Then walk out in frustration.

So I stoped here because I had to pay my t mobile bill around the corner...not really into gineric versions of Mexican food...but I was really surprised..service was fast..nice people..and the portions are good...and I love to eat...truckers need a hefty meal...happy as can be at this chipotle.

If there was no stars I would choose that. I order on the app almost 4x a week and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong with my order. Ill prob try one more time see if someway theyll just wake up and do an order probably but if not i will never order from that specific one again.

This location has the best service, we have went to a lot of chipotles and this by far had the best staff, the food is excellent and everyone is friendly and efficient. I will go out of my way to go to this location. Thank you very much!

The two workers were beyond rude. They were talking about me right infront of my face as if I couldnt hear them. They should be fired. I would never go back to this location because of the poor customer service.

Line too long and then I was charged for chips that were stale. I spend $30 on food and they still charge for chips. SMH. Sharkys is better.
