This is the third time I went to La Fiesta, 1st time my wife and I went she ordered combo plate, and says she was happy with it, I on the other hand had ordered a CARNE ASADA Burrito, and what I got was a RICE Burrito, I went to complain about the burrito but no manager was available, I stopped back by later and talked to the manger who said how sorry he was and gave me a card for a free burrito, which I used later but ordered it with out rice. I just went again today, and this time my wife ordered a Shredded Beef burrito, which comes with a floor tortilla, shredded beef, beans, sour cream and cheese, she wanted it with no beans and add Avocado which is a dollar more and was how it was ordered, get it home and its 3 times the size of my burrito, she cuts it in 1/2 to find out she has A RICE BURRITO, it doesnt come with it didnt order it but none the less. So what it comes down too, if you dont mind spending $ 7.00 or more for a Rice & or Bean Burrito fillers, then La Fiesta is the place to go. It may be the economy, more profit if there;s filler in place of the meat of choice, and it looks really big so you think your getting a good deal. My wife and I will not go back.

La Fiesta offers deliciously prepared Mexican food at exceptionally reasonably prices. It is not a fine dining experience but rather a clean and tastefully themed grill where the long time employees are happy, and the owner takes a personal stake in you being completely delighted with every aspect of his food and service. I have personally ordered more than a dozen of their entrees and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. My favorite, though, has to be their ginormous Carne Asada burrito, wet. It truly is a meal all on its own. Besides a cold drink, and an ample supply of their incredible salsa & chips, theres not much else youll need for the rest of the day. If you are looking for great Mexican food, and right here in RSM, La Fiesta is the place to go.

Simply the best Mexican food in all of Rancho Santa Margarita. La Fiesta is a quaint corner store in the attractive Antonio Plaza. The owner is frequently there to stop by and say hello (reminds us all of "The Most Interesting Man in the World"), and truly cares about our dining experience. As your reviewer stated, if youre looking for fine dining, youve come to the wrong place. But if its great Mexican food (burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, incredibly fresh salsa and chipes, etc) La Fiesta is THE only place to go in RSM. Just ask the line of customers at the door...

One of the best local Mexican eateries in the area. Tortilla soup and chili verde dishes get very high marks. Can be noisy at times, and subject to long lines at lunch hours and Taco Tuesday...for a reason...its good. Fresh salsa bar, and generally friendly staff. Both indoor and public outdoor seating.

I only go on Taco Tuesday. Great food at an extremely inexpensive price. Love the chips and salsa. Definitely recommend fish or shrimp tacos. They put an interesting sauce that pairs very well with the meat. Owner is very friendly and will chat you up on your experience.

Great taco Tuesday. Its defiantly not Taco Bell. Honestly, Ive only ever had the crispy tacos, but from the plates Ive seen, this is a good Mexican joint commiserate with many other independant family run establishments who seem to care.

best mexican food in orange county. i live 30 minutes away but do not mind the trek. my favorites are the shredded beef tacos. their salsa is awesome too. have been going there for the past two years and have never been disappointed!
