I stumbled on this place when trying to find somewhere nice for a lunch. I was definitely not disappointed.The per-meal bread was OK. I had the Brochette appetizer and really enjoyed that too. The salmon I ordered was cooked great and I also was good too. The only thing really keeping this from a 5 for me is the amount of time to get everything to eat. Almost went over my hour for my lunch break. I recommend!

Had a deeply moving glass of red wine here along with a variety of sumptuous dishes (fried zucchini blossoms, perfect burrata, pasta with broccoli romanesco) that complimented the beverage perfectly. The place is populated by really nice servers who are willing to patiently walk you through the inscrutable menu. We ordered (some would say) randomly, and we never went wrong.

Wonderful food and service. It feels like youve left Oakland and traveled to Italy in the intimate spot. Everything we had was delicious and special, especially the gnocchi. Perfect for making any night a special occasion.

Fantastic place for unique Italian wines and great food!!!! Owner/barman is very knowledgeable with the wine and the food tastes like it is right from an Italian trattoria. You cant go wrong here!!!

The ragu is my favorite (even better than my moms). The panna cotta is truly special. Doused with seasonal fruit soaked in some sort of booze, its a real treat.
