If I could rate this site as a -10 I would. I ordered two meals and a large soda. Only to have to wait for two dope heads to fill up a 2 liter with soda that they didnt pay for. When I told the cashier she did nothing. The restrooms were locked. I had to wait to be buzzed in, only to see that the restroom had not been cleaned or re stocked. They allow outside homeless ppl and street walkers into the restaurant to fill up on soda and they are not clean. They use outside dirty cups and place them right up to the fountain dispenser. Once I received my food and proceeded to the freeway. My sour dough burger was cold and the fries were old. I was also rudely cussed out by one of the homeless females. Only because I spoke up about the spilled soda on the floor. The establishment is horrible. I would not recommend at all.

The customer service is great, dont get me wrong. But when Im in the only car in the drive thru ordering my food and then when I get to the window, it still takes them a minute to give me my food. That gets frustrating. And then when I get home, they forget to put items I paid for in my bag.. Double wammy! Then its sandwiches I ordered a specific way, but I gotta go back and pick it up! After that, Im pissed off. They can take your money fast and in a hurry but when it comes to getting what you paid for, thats a whole different story. But that didnt happen just once to me. I can actually count on both my hands how many times that has happened. But I guess Ill still be counting cause I will be back cause Im a Jack in the Box fan..

Got my order wrong I drove back across town for an Overweight manager to give me an attitude like he was inconvenienced then he scratches his head while making my food without gloves and was upset because I ask for him to put some glove on or let one of the workers with glove on that was back there he put gloves on with more of an attitude and made it at this point I have to starv because I dont trust the service after all that 8 dollar loss and hunger headache pains

They were quick with my fries, but all I really needed to do was use the bathroom and I had to wait in line and buy something and then get buzzed into a dirty bathroom with my cup from buying my soda in my hand while I squatted to P because God knows you are sitting down in that grossness. Come on youre the only place right off the freeway for like 20 miles on your way home from Sonoma back into the bay area could you at least keep your bathroom clean?

Terrible customer service and restrooms are kept locked. Was ignored by an employee who was on her cell phone visible to everyone. Restrooms are disgusting and were out of supplies. No wonder I usually dont eat here

I tried their Guacamole bacon chicken sandwich. It was hot and quick, but outside of the pepper, somewhat tasteless. On the positive side, they have fast and free WiFi!
