I remember my first time going here was pretty good, food was good and service was great, but only in a vague sense could I remember any outstanding details. This time, it was a long hard week, traffic was stupid bad and I was pretty hungry so we went here again after some time and were blown away! The food is so good, I stuffed myself on half a burger but I didnt feel food sick afterward, and the last of the shake was the best dessert ever! Im so happy with the food (especially those crazy yummy garlic mushrooms,) that I found this mornings breakfast frustratingly dull, dry and mostly useless. In closing: Superburger you have ruined all other food for me, it may take a little for the effect to wear off. Thank you? They now have a vegan option which means that my sis can eat with me now, yes!

Just what this place needs... another 5 star review, right? Well, hate to break it to you this is the best burger I can find in the area. Fresh ingredients, hot on the spot, the soda has the right ice cubes we all know and love (little round ones), milkshakes are fantastic and made right on the spot. Add in the fact you can get TATER TOTS with your meal and its good to go! I would warn that if youre not ravenous or have 3 or more in your party order the small side of tots, fries or rings as they load up pretty good. Seating is at a premium as well in this small location so be patient as the food is worth the wait... or be like the regulars and call in an order to go! No wait and you can eat it when you get home!

This is definitely one of the best burgers in town, no doubt about it. The only reason I hesitate to say it is the best is because I have not gone out and tried every burger served in town but from what I have experienced it is top notch. I usually order between the St. Helena and Montecito burgers. Those are my favorites and make sure to leave room for onion rings and SHAKES. Butterfinger milkshake is one of my favorites here but classic choco malt is also to die for. The only caveat is this is a tiny venue and limited seating could be a drag when its lunch/dinner time unless youre okay with takeout.

I loved the Chippery. By far, in its time, the best burger ever in SoCo. Today, however, Superburger is in a league all by itself. Ive eaten there 5 or 6 times since it opened, and its Montecito Burger is my favorite. The last time I ate there, last week, it was hands down the best burger Ive ever eaten. 53 years of eating burgers, both at home and at restaurants, Superburger is a place where burger memories are being made every day and its happening right now. Nice people, great burgers. Its way better than it used to be in every respect. Compliments have to be earned from this Burger Connoiseur.

Oh man, definitely the best burgers weve found in Santa Rosa. The food is simple but perfectly prepared and great with a side of tots or sweet potato fries. It doesnt matter whether its your birthday or not, treat yourself to one of their birthday cake shakes to complete your meal (or just skip the food and grab a shake to go). Im sure their other shakes are amazing, too, but one sip of the birthday cake and I havent been able to try anything else. The seating is snug and it can be tough getting through to phone in an order, but the staff is friendly and the food is always delish!

food was great no complaints. But the people who work there, at least some of them are, are not quite that honorable. I purchased some food to go, and once my credit card statement came through, the charge was twice than the amount shown on my receipt. Apparently, the waitress thought that packing up one burger to go deserved a 100% tip -- which she then added on the bill herself (and yes, I had already tipped her)....typical low life scammers.

The last few times we have stopped in to Superburger we have only ordered milk shakes. The selection is out of this world. My all time favorite is the Butterfinger shake. Even at their busiest with a line out the door, we were able to order our shakes from outside, pay, wait only a little while, get our huge shakes and be on our way. The burgers are also amazing. Its always a treat coming here!

Very Good place, totally a "diner/buger joit" and all you might well love about such a place. Consistent and fun. 5/29/16. Still one if my favorite burger places. Friends and I shared a lovely meal in a hard day and felt better afterwards. You might have a wait a bit for a seat, but that is when you can enjoy ya tasty beverage, like a mocha banana shake

This is everything I want in a burger joint - greasy, delicious hamburgers, tasty fries and genuine milk shakes or malts. The 50s-style diner layout and matching music is a great finishing touch. Ive been to the place several times and am never disappointed; however, sometimes it can take a few extra minutes to get service. That said, youve gotta try it!

I ate here today and just loved it....Had a regular cheeseburger and a side of fries along with a an old-fashioned milkshake and boy was it good. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give it a 12. The place is very small and only has a horse shoe shaped counter that seats about 22 to 23 people total. The service was very friendly and nice. Well worth a visit !!!

Oh my Scrumptious! This place is on its own level! This place is where you go if your hungry and craving an amazing burger! The burger patty is seasoned to perfection and the buns are heavenly. All the condiments are in self serve containers! And last but not least, the size of the burger! Just big enough to be stuffed, but not in pain!

Best veggie burger Ive ever had. Not a vegetarian I mostly eat veggie. Meat eaters will not be disappointed. Great fries, the shakes which I havent had, look amazing and are made with at least three generous scoops of ice cream. Fun music, a claasic burger joint, and friendly, terrific employees. Dont miss it!

Best Burger, Great Shakes, More fries than you can eat. My go-to spot when friends/family are in from out of town. Too good to be true?? They do have a seating limitation! Tables outside or sit at the bar. And yes it should be $$ not $. You can get half burgers and split fries with a friend if youre on a budget

I really like this place but I wish they would expand or find a bigger location. Ive had to take my business elsewhere several times because they were too busy to take an order over the phone. I cant be the only person thats had this happen so I imagine overall the amount of lost business adds up.

Best burgers ever! You can smell them half way down the road. And your mouth just waters. Friendly staff. Very small inside. If you are wanting to eat there, you may wait awhile. If you are taking home, call in your order. But by far, best place to get a burger and fries.
