Italian Delite makes some of the best hot sandwiches that ive ever had. I highly recommend the meatball sub or the Philly Cheesesteak. The sandwich prices are fairly on the expensive side, especially if you get a footlong. If youre in Novato and want a really good hot sandwich, Italian Delite should be your first choice.

This place is a long standing institution. Sandwiches are fresh and always delicious. Their claim to fame is their Philly cheese steak sandwich. Pairs perfectly with their home-made hot sauce. Not too spicy, kind of sweet and tangy. You really cant find anything wrong with this place.

ordered a philly cheese steak and even with all its grease was lacking flavor. the veggie sandwich was also pretty tasteless. not to mention the nearly 15 minute wait and the grimy dine-in experience. although some of my favorite eateries are dives, id stay clear of this joint.

Speedy service (works better if you call ahead), Delicious food, Fair prices for the quantity of food and their hot sauce is absolutely fantastic (though it bears an incredible resemblance to Johnny Rockets hot sauce. Overall its one of the best Sub places in the North Bay.

Not what Im used to. I always get the pastrami and it just wasnt the same - not as good. The bread wasnt toasted like usual. There didnt seem to be much meat in the sandwich. Not as much flavor. Did the owner/manager/ cooks change?

Ive been going to this deli type restaurant since high school...im 25 and still stop by when im in the area....GREAT FOOD....HATERS GONNA HATE dont let it discourage you try it yourself

WOW. These are some great hot sandwiches. I have gotten the steak and cheese and the roast beef. both are fantastic. I highly recommend.
