I had been to Chianti Cucina when they first opened, and loved it then, but last week I went back for a second time and had one of the best Italian meals I can remember. The restaurant looked even prettier than I had remembered, & the service was warm & efficient. The waiter who is from Argentina, obliged me with & let me practice some Italian (in which HE is fluent). But the highlight was definitely the food. We had a delicious salad with goat cheese, the beet pasta with prawns ( best Ive had outside of Rome), and a perfectly prepared rack of lamb. I give Chianti Cucina my personal 5 star rating & recommend it to all.

We have been wanting to try Chianti for years. For our anniversary we decided to check it out. It was a Wednesday. Called ahead to find out if we needed reservations they said they would make one. Summary: Told corckage was 15 on phone, 20 on the menu Food was average, prices were average Service was not that great Waited about 15 min.to get our food boxed to go and another ten for the check while the server chatted at the bar with people. We will give them another try, maybe for happy hour. Atmosphere is lovely.

Cute place, however the wine markups are rather high. As for the food, it was decent enough. Just not something I would write home about. The wait staff though was on top of it. This is why I feel Chianti Cucina deserves 4 stars. You arent paying for the average Italian food. Youre paying for their excellent service.

We had been going by the Chianti Cucina for several days and I noticed the signs with the specials. We are from another state and I told my husband I wanted to do dinner there as the special was rack of lamb. I have no regrets and neither did my husband. The wait staff are very attentive and the food was awesome!

The food here is excellent! We have been to this restaurant several times and never had a bad meal. The service is great, as is the ambiance. My favorite dish, which I order almost every time, is the Cioppino. It makes the 32 mile round-trip worthwhile.

My girlfriend took me there for my birthday. I had the eggplant, and it was delish! The atmosphere is wonderful, I went at lunch I can imagine evening is very romantic. A great place to go, great food and nice and clean.

I arrived there at 5:55 pm on a busy Friday night without a reservation and they graciously served us. The waitress was very nice. The entrees, a salmon dish and an angel hair pasta, were tasty.

Great service. The food just amazing. So fresh. My Calamari, Bruschetta, Lasagna Bolognese amazing. The Wife had Linguine Vongole WOW. Do make a reservation.
