Awful experience! She was a blonde worker, did not now how to make an acai bowl. By the time she cut a banana my bowl melted. Also, she filled my bowl up about a quarter, its supposed to be full, its almost $8. She did not acknowledge a single customer at line and since she was taking 15min to make my bowl one gentleman left because he was ignored and she didnt even help him or say "I will be right with you." Who trained her? You are supposed to be quick on your feet, friendly, and address customer concerns. She didnt do any of that. Good job!!!! Never coming here again.

The worst employee ever. She literally took her time because there was so many people and it showed on her face. I usually come here regularly, but after today....no way Who hires these people? They have got to make changes and hire people who want to work for their company. Obviously, the person they hired doesnt care about customer satisfaction so what does that say about the company who hires such a person? Whos accountable? ......
