The food is OK when assembled correctly, as the customer orders it. But that seldom happens. The people assembling the order are completely discombobulated and the orders are wrong. You might get chicken tacos with no chicken. This actually happened. The side of corn relish might turn out to be barbacoa beef (not cooked thoroughly). This actually happened also, on the same order. As you are moving down the line trying to follow your order, and trying to answer the servers questions, the servers are being constantly interrupted by other employees (managers? supervisors?) and forced to deal with their questions rather than paying attention to what they are doing. This has happened multiple times. But, no more; I wont go there again.

We love Chipotle, we dont have any complaints about the food because it was delicious actually the hot salsa was a little better than the other chipotles we have visited. The floor was a little messy, there was a time were 6 people were in the line (5 not counting the cashier which was the only one cleaning the floor). The benches were dirty and there were some kids sitting on one of the tables and running up and down the benches, as a manager we should be able to tell the guest when they have kids in danger of falling. Bathroon was not stocked, no toilet paper but very clean. We Will definitely come back to see what is new on this place, maybe even bump their rating.

The food was ok... The service was HORRIBLE!!! They ran out of certain items so the server yelled into the kitchen very loudly to get more. Only one employee works while the others are socializing, playing on their phones, staring at the wall. The line was out the door and only one employee helping customers. The entire line stopped and waited for the food to cook instead of taking more orders and getting them ready. Very disappointed about this location. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Great chipotle. The one time I went here the staff were very nice and have the behavior of caring about their job. Great portions, and when my burrito didnt close, they offered me another tortilla to make sure it stayed together for free. If youre in the mood for chipotle, this met my expectation for a chipotle place. Note: I did not check restroom conditions. RD

A quick, satisfying, meal. I like the ethically raised and sustainable food message but it tastes great too. The Novato location is less busy than most Chipotle locations. Its a smaller restaurant so its quieter too. My biggest gripe is the limited parking. There is street parking in front of the police station or you can park in the adjacent Petes Coffee lot.

You probably know what your in store for. The usual burrito fare. Be warned that those in the know cut in line by calling in orders. If you go in at rush times its likely the line wont move because they are bagging up an order and wrapping five burritos for a phone, fax or online order.
