This place gets a 3 for customer service. We order the mix plate and it came out perfect. We also ordered the loco Moco and the hamburger patties were red. When we talked with the woman at the counter, she and the chef said that "was the color of cooked meat". When she tried to hand it back, my wife said she was not going to eat it. They relucteny offered us another mixed plate in exchange. It is pretty inside but I dont think we will come back.

We had an hawaiian birthday party for our baby so we decided ro ordered a bunch of hawaiian food. We called thay morning to put in an order to pick up the evening and they were so nice and helpful. Their food is really yummy amd their spam musubi was amazing. Everyone loved it. Just wish their katsu chicken is a little bit more crunchy and the katsu sauce is a little thicker and less spicy. But overall, its wonderful.

The adults which were most likely the owners that were taking care of our order here were probably the BEST in customer service. The gentleman was very kind and offered us a Free sample of the BOBA drink they had. I ended up purchasing the drink since it was So Great! I rate this an A+++

Great food, but must order in person or else...The older lady rarely understands orders, no matter how you say it & she wants to argue/dispute what you actually say. Anyways they have great, consistent food & good selection. Highly recommend! (my lil taste of L&L in the IE).

Excellent excellent food!!!! Wait time is a bit long but its totally worth it... I may never go to ono ever again! Less than 15$ and I got a giant sized lunch for 2 people!!! Everything was fantastic. I cant wait to go back now!!!
