My friend N.P. was craving Paneras flatbreads, so we headed here for lunch along with her mum when I went to go see them. Located in a large plaza, theres plenty of parking, but not necessarily near the entrance if youre going during a busy time. In case youve never been to a Panera Bread before, you order at the counter and they give you a table number. You display that number at your table and when your food is ready a server will bring it to your table along with utensils. The staff here was quite nice and friendly, so that was good. I utilised their YOU PICK TWO combo, where you get to select two of the following: Half Pasta, Cup of Soup, Half Sandwich, Half Salad, One Flatbread. I opted for one flatbread and half salad. What they dont mention in the menu is that this combo comes with either a bag of potato chips or a portion of a baguette. I went with the baguette since I miss bread (so good!). BBQ CHICKEN FLATBREAD SANDWICH: Antibiotic-free, smoked, pulled chicken, frizzled onions, mozzarella, smoked gouda, fresh baby spinach and cilantro with BBQ sauce on freshly baked flatbread. -- Sounded so good, but the execution was lacking. There was just one dollop of BBQ sauce in the flatbread, and that was in the very middle bottom of it, so all but two of my bites were BBQ-sauce-less. As if the dry chicken wasnt enough... so this flatbread ended up being super dry for me. STRAWBERRY POPPYSEED & CHICKEN SALAD: All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and mandarin oranges and pecans with fat-free poppyseed dressing. (I got mine without pecans) -- The chicken here was also dry. They just dont cook the chicken well here it seems. But the rest of the salad was good. I appreciated all the fruit in the salad and I really liked the poppyseed dressing. BAGUETTE -- What can I say? Bread is delicious. This baguette was great. Just had to ask for butter, which I thought was weird. Who doesnt like their bread with butter? NP and her mum both got flatbreads and had the same complaints. NP said their flatbread last time was really good, so the kitchen must just be having an off day. I hope so... giving them the benefit of the doubt raises my 2.5 star review to a 3.

Great lunch spot if you work in the area. I always go for the You-Pick-2 combo which comes with a soup and sandwich. just enough to fill you but not enough to make you full. They are a bakery, so all their bread is typically pretty fresh. They also have baked goods such as muffins, cookies, streusals, and other things. THey also recently started offering online-ordering which allows you to order ahead and pick up at whatever time you deem. I used it just recently and didnt have any issues. Just a note, if you order a drink, you will need to go to the counter and ask since they dont really fill those for you.

You know, for 10 dollars, I ought to get a great sandwich, not a 3 dollar meal devoid of flavor. I feel like I just wasted 990 calories. Oh well, they do have pretty good coffee and pastries and the service is good. Next sandwich I want, Ill look elsewhere.

4 stars for food, 2 for service. I really like Panera, but this particular location is unreliable. We usually get takeout, but almost every time we order something, an item is missing. Some (not all) of the employees can be rude.

Right next to a park if you want to stop beforehand for lunch, or take some food to go. The Cuban and empanadas were delicious. Cant wait to go back and try the chicken sandwich looked equally as good as the Cuban.

Food is excellent. Incredibly nice staff - Today, I went to order a large iced coffee with a $100 bill, and they didnt have enough change. Instead of letting me leave disappointed, they gave me a free coffee!

disappointing experience at this Panera cafe. They charge $1 for jam, $1 for a bag, while other locations dont. The store is not very clean, and does not have many plug points.
