Placed phone order over phone for two dishes Was told its be ready in ten minutes, after arriving at the designated time and paying it was another 20 minutes before they asked what food I was waiting on, then I got my food. Total time 30 minutes

Terrible experience! I got food poisoning from their beef and broccoli. I will never eat at a Pick Up Stix ever again. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would have given them 0 stars if it was possible.

I always receive prompt service here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is hot, fresh, and comes out quickly. I can enjoy lunch here without rushing through my lunch hour.
