Stopped by burger King instead of Carls jr. Today....not like me. I have always preferred EVERYTHING Carls does over burger king...until now. Best whopper I have ever had at this location. Tomatoes perfectly ripe, veggies cold. No lettuce bones on my burger. Bag was ready by the time I pulled up to the window. You can tell that this staff cares about their work, a rarity in fast food these days. This was my first time at this location, so not sure if this was a fluke. I will try again next week, and if I have a repeat experience, I will be a loyal customer here. Carls on Bristol has been slipping.

They were fast in the drive threw. Food was good. Customer service was crappy, I requested for them to give me two separate orders. they charged it on the same charge card when I was trying to order a seedless cheeseless Burger he couldnt understand me and gave me a really hard time. I asked him why did you charge my card twice its not my order he said oh well. so not happy with the customer service they need to speak English and understand it , I am Latin so this isnt racist we just could not communicate with each other. Those 2 guys had a really bad attitude.

Ive tried to go here for a quick morning break to get breakfast multiple times....Id say they get the order right about 20% of the time. Im not talking about forgetting the ketchup or getting the drink wrong......this place just leaves items off or swaps them out for something else. No fries in a combo meal??? Chicken sandwich instead of a burger??? WTF is going on in these peoples heads? Check your order very carefully if it is given to you in a bag.....these idiots are clueless.

Went thru the drive thru on Saturday paid over 16 dollars for my food guy at the window gave me my order 1 bag and i asked him if that was it he said yes. When i got home they only had 1 order in the back had to go all the way back I was pissed the guy just laughed they shorted me 2 cookies i ordered my kids as well. warning check your items before you leave cannot stand incompetent people but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant. taking my business elsewhere

Service was fast food type so it is what it is. My problem was the size of the Extra long sandwich. I mean it was barely longer than my fish sandwich on a bun. Really diseptive compared to the sign outside. OK, so its a 2 for five bunch special & I get it. However you call something extra long then were look extra and not a little longer than a bun. To you Burger King, I aint coming back

I only go to Burger King for their grilled hot dog. Today I went to order my dogs and was told "we dont serve them anymore". I then asked "why dont you take down the sign then?" The answer I got was "tell the manager". Really? I called Burger King and they told me the hot dogs were still on the menu. Ill just have find one that is still serving them.

Couldnt be worse! They put no soda notice there but only iced tea and lemonade. So I ordered the lemonade with a chicken fries meal. Finally they dont have any drink available but refused to give me money back. Such a lier with super bad services. I got an empty drink cup for cold water but paid money. Never come again!

I had a bk chefs choice burger that i could obviously point out that it has been sitting out under a heat lamp for atleast an hour and the meat tasted old. It was by far the worst burger ive ever eaten. Also the burger was $5, I expected it to be MUCH better.

The drive-through is open reasonably late (for the area) and they are always really fast. Its the perfect spot for some after-drink burgers or chicken nuggets.
