EAT HERE! We do not want this place to close because of too little business. I love mom-n-pop burger joints. Maybe its the variety on the menu (that all of the indys seem to share), maybe its the fact that everything has that handmade look and is made to order. None of that processed frozen stuff the major chains all have trucked in. Ive, also, always found it a bit creepy that no matter how many times you order a burger at one of the majors it looks exactly the same. The service at Continental is friendly and real. We have never ordered anything from the menu that we found to be less than what we desired, ordered, and as often as not could not finish because the servings are generous. When we discovered that this place is in Diamond Bar (near our home) we were very happy, to say the least. Weve lived here for a hand-full-of-years now and for the longest time believed that there just wasnt any indy/ mom-n-pop burger joint. We had failed to look hard enough though. It wouldnt be quite accurate to call this place hidden, but you do have to drive a short distance down an unassuming side street. Theres two major fast-food chain restaurants located on each corner of the street you have to turn down. Also down this tiny street is a Chinese food place, a Best Western hotel complex, and a condo complex where the street, essentially, ends. Pass the Chinese place on the right and then dont blink because you might miss the smallish sign. If you get to the hotel, turn around. I drove right by it the first time.

Continental Burger-- what can we say? CB is one of the best kept secrets in Diamond Bar! weve been eating there for over 20 years! If youre looking for a basic, simple café and burger food, no snotty attitude and overpriced décor-- this is it! Ms. Kay and her crew serve up good grill food at a good price for breakfast, lunch, dinner-- and everything can be done carryout. If its not on the menu, they will try to make your wish come true. Pros: The breakfast specials bar none. Where can you get a great basic bacon and eggs plate for under $6 in LA? Here The burgers, pastrami, homemade soups and egg salad sandwiches are as good as homemade. Their fries, onion rings and fried mushrooms are fresh and excellent. Their dinners are good and come complete for under $10. Cons: Cash only. Which can be a pain in the butt somedays. Parking-- be sure to park on their side of the building in front or back. There is some street parking as well. No wifi. No TV. And the place needs a redecorating job. But at these prices well just ignore that and be thrilled with the real reason were there. We like the food. We like the prices. We like Continental Burger.

This is definitely your grade A burger joint. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their signature burger, the continental burger, is all I ever go there for. So good. Real meat and fresh veggies. Carls and McDonalds are right next door, but I would always go here instead of the big chains. You know they must be good since theyve been around so long despite having fierce competition right next door.

Mr. & Mrs. Shin run a top notch restaurant! The menu spans several types of foods & is cooked on the spot. Ive been a regular patron for years. From breakfast to dinner you cant go wrong! Besides the GREAT FOOD THE PRICE IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Located right behind McDonalds (next to the Chinese restaurant). Why buy cold fast food when you can eat at Continental Burger?

A family owned burger place - food is delicious and clean. I didnt taste everything yet but from what I have tasted so far, their BLT is really good (fresh bacon, lettuce & tomato), their chili burgers are also really nice (the owner makes the chili herself from scratch) and French fries are super tasty! Portions are generous and prices are reasonable.

Continental Burger is a refreshing change of pace that I enjoy often. I cannot help myself with the bacon and sausage breakfast burrito for $5. If I am feeling crazy I add fresh jalapeno and avocado to the mix with a side of super delicious onion rings. You might be thrown off by the 70s style decor but your stomach and wallet will be happy.

Great little dive diner serving mostly American food. Decent breakfasts. However I found it pricier than going to Dennys down the street and ordering off the grand slam breakfast menu. Portions are smaller than Dennys. Menudo is served here on weekends for the hang over crowd.

One of the few non-chain fast food/burger places in diamond bar. They have a very big selection of food(burgers/sandwiches/sides/dinners/breakfast ect) and it is moderately priced. the food is good and tastes like what you would expect from a burger place.

Continental Burger is a great local family run business. They have great food for breakfast and lunch. Try the French Toast special for breakfast and the Continental Burger or Pastrami sandwich for lunch. Dont forget French fries and onion rings!!

Always great food when I go here. So what you have to take an extra 5 minutes to stop at a ATM and take cash. The food is good, bomb breakfast burritos and french toast. And they have Menudo on weekends! Its pretty much Diamond Bars little secret.

Everything on the menu is delicious. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and Ive never been disappointed. Casual atmosphere and very comfortable. You can sit and relax after a meal. Constant flow of people indicative of its good food.
