I never leave bad reviews and I feel bad for having to do this but I feel it needs to be said in advance for anyone contemplating eating here. Ive given this place a chance multiple times because being vegetarian its hard to come by a good veggie burger and Angelos offers one but today was the last straw. The service is always bad, today we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for our food, were charged for sauces we never received, our burgers were completely smashed at the bottom of the bag, avocado was everywhere, and the contents of our burgers were hanging out of the back barely even on the bun. Weve had this problem every time weve ordered in the drive thru but this time it was ridiculous, putting our order into two separte bags could have made a differnce. To make it worse they gave us no napkins to help clean the mess, not to mention my family and I have found hairs in our food every single time weve eaten here and its disgusting, its unsanitary and we wont be eating here anymore.

I only ordered 2 breakfast burritos in the drive thru, which are my favorite..... But it frustrates me when they ask if I need anything else.. I asked for 4 of their salsa/hot sauces... It too a little longer to get the food this time, so I assumed it was the sauces.... Got none,, please dont ask if I need anything else (just a second item), if your not going to get them...... Now as an inconvenience, I have to drive back and get them myself and leave a review based on the service..... The food is always good, just it happens too often that I cant get the little things like sauce.... Yes I could check the bag, but I guess thats my fault because it is an inconvenience of an employee to get the sauce.

Been coming here for year even before the remodel thats how long Ive been coming I found a hair in my breakfast burrito smh the waitress apologize right away but the manager which I think is the owner not even a sorry I told him I dont want my money back nor another burrito since I literally was a bite away from finishing. I told him I just want you to see how unsanitary this is and make sure it doesnt happen again hes response . ( Ok Thank you)

Went today for the first time , I went through the drive thru ordered hamburger combo and I saw the drive thru lady chubby with glasses start picking her nose I was like wtf and she didnt even go wash her hands after she poured my soda I told her to give me a different cup because I saw her pick your nose and she didnt even wash her hands really bad experience and customer service workers need to learn some hygiene treatment

The service is disappointing and they dont get your order right. Ive been once to all 3 locations in oc and all 3 times my order was wrong. I requested seasoned french fries and they just added EXTRA salt on them. Really? Who likes salty fries??? I will never go back to any Angelos because neither of their 3 locations did it right.

Sorry this place is dirty! Been inside several times and you never see anyone cleaning the floors or counter tops. The girls, looked and act overworked. The men glare and never ask if you need anything. Even though the food is great and comes in big portions, it is pricey.

Great coffee and food at a reasonable price. Area isnt the freatest, but the friendly staff make up for it. I especially love how they dont have sugar packets, as I hate using so many of them. Staff is attentive as well and come around often for coffee.

Worst service! Ive been waiting on the window to get my order since they didnt Answer when I stopped to look at the menu. And even after I came to the pick up window they would look at me and still wouldt help me after 10 min waiting. WORST PLACE

Huge portions at a decent price, and it doesnt taste half-bad. The place itself is fairly ghetto, so it would behoove you to take your meal to go. The service is always friendly and goes the extra mile to accommodate you.

Angelos is on of my husband and mine favorite place to eat. There fish n chips, Hamburgers, carne asada plate, nachos, and there breakfast is great. There hasnt been anything there I do not like. So far ALL is good.

Even thought its a small burger place at the corner of 17th and Newhope St. it has a Drive-Thru which its perfect if youre on the go or if happen to crave a good size burger, this is the place to go-thru!
