Food was decent so was server, really small portions, twice refused to honor coupons stating that they were misprint one from a mailer and another from one of those donation booklets, they were presented before the order was placed and Im assuming was the owner/manager came to to table with a snark attitude saying it was a misprint. LOL I pulled out my phone to write a review and she saw it raced back over and honored the coupons.

The menu is very comprehensive. Some items give large portions, others are surprisingly smaller than expected -- I had chicken fried steak. It was good but the portion size was half what I expected (particularly for the price). Pies are not house-made. Good but portions are also on the small side for c the price. Normally this would be a 3-star, however the restaurant delivers (Fremont, Newark and Union City) so I added 1 star.

I had a very light lunch today, so decided to get an early dinner after work. This is my favorite comfort food at a diner near where I live. Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic toast. Nothing fancy, but really hits the spot after a long week. It comes in smaller portion too so its perfect when you try to do portion control.

Do not go here im not a picky person but the service was horrible! waiter brought me the wrong drinks, forgot my salad and when i received my food i was shocked got a really small portion. only 1 waiter which had 5 tables to take care of , the owner was trying to save money instead of paying for more waiters

The food was very good service was excellent as soon as you walk in they sit you down and ask you what you want to drink when that happens you know thats good service you go to the bathroom the bathroom is immaculate and you can tell the kind of restaurant it is when you go to the bathroom and its very clear

Went there with my GF for the first time, Rude hostess, waitress, dirty looks from employees, but the bus boy was nice to us, though...figures........ seemed like the typical bigots work place. regretting I left 2 bucks tip for the waitress to survive. Dont go here, try more diverse place.

Clean and new inside, looks renovated. Service was great - attentive, super fast. We got the Breakfast Burrito and a Bacon Cheeseburger - both were tasty, perfect amount. We got fruit on the side: fruit was in-season, all delicious. Will definitely have lunch here again.

I cant recommend eating here. Tried many times and always less than I had hoped for. The food is just OK and the service is just OK. The price is to high. The location is good and lots of parking. The inside has not changed since it was a Bakers Square.
