Katsu Pork Cutlet was supposedly fried with tonkatsu sauce but it was "verde" with some sweet Chinese sauce. I guessed that they ran out of sause - but its all about the sauce!! Brrr...and a little overpriced I have to say for a lunch. Nicht Zu Gutt.

I was introduced by a friend a while back. The lunch special is a great deal (2 rolls with miso or salad for $12). Dinners a bit pricey, but what sushi place isnt? Plus, youre in Saratoga. You can afford it.

Ordered hawaiian pokki ($10), teriyaki sea bass ($20), and roll combination ($17). Pokki came out last, but was still good. Sea bass was good but had bones. Rolls were good. Attentive service.

This is a bit of a hidden gem in downtown Saratoga. Its a family owned sushi restaurant with very good food, at a great value. The service is always exceptional.

I do carry out every so often. Sushi is good, but the quality went down a little over the years, in my opinion. Service is always great.
