I have to give this place three stars because of the service. The wait staff was really distracted. They assumed Id been there before and understood exactly how to order how to pay where to wait and those kinds of things and I hadnt been there before. So I didnt know their culture and I made some mistakes. Which were pointed out to me loudly and often by the waitstaff. I purchased three dessert items and a crepe. The dessert items were really very good. The Crepe was alright but quite tough. Its a fun little place to go just off of Union Square if you want dessert and coffee. Just be ready to be a bit abused by the wait staff. If you can get over that its a really nice place to go. Plus theyre open really late so thats a +.

ディナータイム、イタリア料理のお料理のお味はまあまあです。ちょっとアメリカご飯に飽きていた頃にいただいたので、まあまあと感じたのかもしれないです。 接客は素晴らしいです。ここで忘れ物をしたので翌日店舗に電話をして、取っておくようにお願いして、数日後に取りに戻ると、対応してくれた方がとても感じが良かったです。ユニオンスクエアの傍で立地は最高ですね。お値段も割りとリーズナブルかと思います。

I was there for breakfast and had a Cappuccino, a strawberry-banana smoothie and the eggs benedict. The coffee they serve is tasty and also the food was ok. For a $9 smoothie i would expect a more "fruitier" taste. I dont know, how much fruit they put in, but it couldnt be much. The presentation of the eggs benedict on the plate is basic. Its the eggs on toasted muffins and bacon accompanied by some potatoes. Thats it. The plate looked kind of empty. Taste was good. Looking on other plates around me, the presentation was more appetizing, like with the sandwiches. All in all a nice place to go and a good 4 star rating, but also some room for improvement.

Very poor experience - stay away! Warning: the prices are more than $2 higher than shown in the online menu. Our breakfast for two was just under $50 for an order of eggs and bacon each, a shared homefries and two lattes ($6 each!!). The food somehow came out lukewarm, and when it was sent back it was clear that one of the orders was simply reheated, despite their claim that it was made fresh. Service was sub-par - we had to ask for cutlery and condiments. Other diners were equally upset - we heard the comment "You people are unbelievable, I cant believe you get away with this every morning", which matches our experience.

Ive never had worst customer service. From the very entrance into the shop both employees behind the desk, male and female, were rude and dissmissive, even after trying to be friendly and polite. We were charged 25 dollars for two coffees and a crepe. Watched the guy make our crepe, he used his bare hands to dig into the juicy strawberry container and crumbled them into our crepe, not the kind of sanitary standards youd expect for a $16 dollar crepe! We were so disguested we left without the crepe. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

My server is Svetlana on 11/30/2015 around lunch time. She is terrible. I observed that she only entertains groups and not singles customers. I assumed its because she will get more tips in groups. The food is terrible. I ordered lasagna. It took 20 mins to get my order and 10 mins for her to get my order so thats my lunch time right there. Extremely long waiting, considering that the restaurant is not crowded that day. I asked for my bill right away because it takes them a long time to get to me. I will not eat here again.

サンフランシスコのイメージにあう内装がオシャレなお店でした。入り口ではサンドイッチ等のテイクアウトメニューを販売していて、奥のレストランエリアではテーブルで様々な料理を食べることができます。自分はモーニングタイムに入店してオムレツ、トーストなど食べました。雰囲気の良いお店で美味しい食事をとることができました。

Mixed veggie crepe came not as on menu - it was as if it was a completely different menu item, unless the cook forgot to add spinach, feta and EGGS! Pancake was stiff and poor quality (cafeteria like consistency). Toast was overcooked. You definitely have better options in the area, especially for the high prices.

I would give this place a 0 instead of a 1 actually. Terrible service!!! The staff is so unfriendly and treat customers like dirt. They charge me $20 for my alfredo and it takes 30 mins to be ready (I ordered to go). I would never return to this restaurant and waste my money here ever again!

Whether youre just looking for a healthy breakfast Smoothie on the go or you want to sit inside and enjoy a hot breakfast, theres plenty of choice. The service isnt the warmest or most helpful but the food is good. I had the bacon scrambled eggs with spinach and pepper. Delicious!

I am here for lunch with my kids. Ordered spaghetti di bolognese for the kids and fruit parfait for myself. Waited for 30 minutes and food still hasnt come. Kids start to cry because they get really hungry. This place isnt even 1/3 full. I wonder whats going on in the kitchen.

Great service and a nice location. I got the salmon and it was delicious but the rest of the plate was not my favorite for the price of the meal. I got the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert and it was tasty. I shared with someone else because it was quite rich in flavor.

Slow service. Came in to order food to go (Im writing this as Im still waiting, 25 minutes after promised). Does not help that there isnt anywhere to sit and wait. They have some empty tables and it is quite a busy neighborhood so it would be nice to get food a bit faster

My table got served the last amongst my neighbours even though i came first. My order was short of one dish. Also, the server dared to write "18% gratuity" on my bill. Considering the service and the average-tasting food, will not even step inside the cafe again.

Food was very good and the host was nice and friendly, but the server was anything but. Rude , slow, and got our order wrong three times. Did not seem like he wanted to be doing his job at all...and we felt like his customers were simply a nuisance to him.

Very nice location in San Francisco to get a breakfast, actually the best around weve found... Fresh orange juice, oatmeal, parfait... My wife also we enjoyed her hot chocolate. Unfortunately not (yet) recommend by Google due to lack of reviews!

Their desserts are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not so much. I really like the Bellini Latte. Their waiting staff is usually not paying attention, rarely attend to people, often not polite. Dont expect good service here.

Very rude staff. Can give your food to others and make you wait longer (just gave samr bagels to someone who came 10 mins after me). When I complain they refuse to give me warm bagels and gave cold ones as well as refusing to cancel my order.

This place is very close to Zara and Express. If you are shopoholic and you really want to have a quick bite. This place is really great. They are good in Pizzas and happy hour for drink is bliss if you are visiting between 3 PM to 6 PM.

Horrible atmosphere, cold omelette, awful potatoes, inedible in fact and no butter on the toast. No offer of any either. Most overpriced breakfast Ive ever had. Avoid. Probably only exists because its on the tourist strip.

Bellini late was delicious. Our food order was wrong at first and both tables beside us had issues with their orders. Wait staff was friendly but we had to ask for ketchup, hot sauce, butter and jelly. Food was just ok.
