They asked me how I wanted my burger chief. I said "medium", it came out rare. They brought the bill without asking us if we wanted anything else. Service was rude and abrupt. They added gratuity on to the bill with a bow below that saying "gratuity not included" and a suggested figure for even more gratuity. Effectively they were asking for over 35% tip!! A very poor experience.

A pleasant early dinner catching up with a friend The food was tasty...ceviche app, lobster mac, fried chicken entres and green tea dessert. The space was nice and airy. The service was a bit spotty... handing out the wrong menu, bread and butter tossed onto the table a bit abruptly and surprised by an elbow in the face when water glass is refilled. May try the lounge next time.

One word: : WOW. Great staff, service, excellent views from the guest rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Concierge staff are available to help you - even remotely, before your visit - with any needs or questions. Love it!

We ate here for a client event and it was beyond amazing. Great food, service, and cocktails. Favorite part? It was in the Westin, so it was simple to get back to our hotel.
