I ordered a mocha with the Starbucks app. When I popped into the shop to pick up my order I realized I had forgotten to specify decaf (assuming my saved order on the app had done it for me). Yesenia was my barista and she kindly made me a mocha right then and there no questions asked. As a nursing mother I cant have that much caffeine. Meant a lot to me!
