its a shame how some store owners will let these young kids run their stores with absolutely no customer service skills. I went in to get a Vente size caramel frapp and the barista tells me they ran out of Vente cups I pointed out a larger cold beverage cup they had and requested she put it in that cup. She refused to fulfill my request because the cops I had requested her to use were for a "different type of cold beverage" lol! I guess she would rather lose a sale and a customer to their store then to fulfill a simple request. Shame on them. Based on that experience I will not be bringing my business to that store again . Shame...

Two days in a row I come in for a cold brew and they are out. Today I asked for ice coffee since no cold brew and the other worker pulled the pot off the drip and dumped it. So I ask for a vanilla latte and Im waiting for almost 10 mins only one other person waiting ahead of me the blonde making the drinks is looking like she is lost and is quite rude. My son went to check on my order, there was a drink on the counter and he asks her what is it and she looks at him crazy and say, "ahhh coffee"! Really; if you dont like your job lady go somewhere else.

Generally ok for morning mobile orders. However, customer service is unenthusiastic, the baristas are slow, and staff has not worked well together during the times I have observed them. Additionally, I had a terrible experience on Mothers day whena new employee was not supported and starting putting the drinks out of order. After 30min of waiting, I talked with the Shift Lead about the out of order drinks, he told me, "Well, I dont really know either" and glared at me when I asked for a refund.

After coming here multiple times Id say the best time to get here in the mornings is before 7:15. After that a horde of people will show up and it gets really busy and hectic after that. They can take a while with making drinks but there was one barista who got my large order perfectly down, so kudos to him!

A great place to hang out when you are waiting for someone to finish up meetings or shopping at Ikea across the street. The line and wait for your coffee can get a little long here, but the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome.
