Dissatisfied: first I want to say that I really love that they have put in a new Starbucks with a drive through here in our small town... But have to say that I was very dissatisfied that when I went through the drive thru they gave me the wrong coffee I didnt notice it until I was halfway down the street 20 minutes away... I turn around and went back to the shop and they handed me the coffee that I ordered earlier instead of giving me a new coffee.. No apology for the mistake or a customer card for the inconvenience for free coffee on the house next time very displeased the service

I usually have no problems with Starbucks as I love to get my morning coffee fix. Was so excited that they put a Starbucks with a drive-thru only to be really disappointed that the drive-thru takes a very long time to get through! Parking at this location is also a joke. Very little parking for the amount of shops in the strip. I would have a better experience if the drive-thru service was a little quicker.

Nice, clean, fairly quiet. Cheerful, efficient service. Fairly busy. Kind of small, but lots of tables. 4 soft chairs inside, clean, & near outlets. A few good laptop tables, including one conference table, desk height. Enough outlets. Large, open patio, with a few metal tables, & a picnic/conference table too. Closed early, 730 pm.

Very loud, not kept nice and clean as it was a couple of years ago. Customer service is lacking. Drive thru is super slow. Seen employees bickering about what to do or whos going to do it. Had to wait for coffee to brew? With no apologize! Exactly how does a coffee place run out of coffee???.

I ordered through the app and still had to wait almost another ten minutes they were so behind. Coffee was good but not worth almost making me late. Also I think a lot of reviews here are dumb. This is a walk in only store. No drive thru!
