FOOD The fajitas are pretty good. The rest of the food is good but not excellent. Limited beer selection typical of regional chain stores. SERVICE The service is OK. Not bad but not excellent. ATMOSPHERE I just hate the atmosphere. It is located in "Eastvale" area which they blasphemously call Corona and ruin our name, we have never incorporated that nasty area of Mira Loma and WONT. These people think they are upscale because they live in large houses (thats it just big and new, the quality of houses are cheap, and they are very bland) but are just nasty transplants from the white hick areas of Norco. The people in the area have no class. The minorities that live nearby are the people who were bought out by developers in LA and OC then bought a house four times as big here. The area was bought by a large number of speculators which explains the amount of forclosures in the area. If you are one of the people I am talking about, please continue to go here with your five kids and have a great time but stay out of Corona.

This On the Border is a little smaller than others Ive been to in Orange County, but its nicely decorated and such. I came to to place a carry out order, and I was helped pretty quickly. The young lady manager who was summoned by the hostesses to take my order said my food would take about twenty and indeed it was out in twenty minutes. The food was... accurate despite several modifications. One dish I think came out great, the others were a little meh. Tried the appetizer platter... Wont be doing that again. My BF loved the green chili burrito. My sister wasnt wowed by the chicken grande nachos... Atmosphere is lovely and usually the food is well worth the price.

Horrible, our waitress was extremely inattentive. We had been seated for over 20 minutes and still no sign of our waitress. Our hostess was very kind and welcoming when we first came in and boy o boy did it change once we were seated. Once we did order, I was very disappointed with my dish. The enchiladas red sauce was salty, the shredded beef was dry, it lacked moisture which couldve easily been fixed by adding some red sauce inside of the enchilada. Anywho, the food wasnt what we expeceted. Sadly it was our frst time having lunch here and it will honestly be our last. We have no desire to come back

Very slow wait staff, lots of people. under stocked bar, there were severel items that should be stocked that werent like mojitos, tonic water and full kegs. In addition NO ONE should pay 10 bucks for a quarter of a quesadilla because its has meat doesnt mean you should cut the tortilla in half. the manager on shift did stop by the table but poorly resolved the issue by placing blame on a manager not on shift. At least the bar tender did his best to see if our table would like any drinks that werent on the menu to make up for the fiasco.

This has been the worst service ever I really mean it!! It started all good we waited to be seated about 2mins which was good but when the guy sat us down the lady that was r waiter was like he shouldnt of sat u here like 4 times and she didnt bring us our drinks and finally when she did she gave us the wrong drinks "omg" and everytime she passed by it was to say we shouldnt have gotten seated here man I felt discriminated and the older couple that got seated next to us like 10-15mins after us got served way before us thats wrong!!!

Outside service has gotten better. It use too be bad. The thing I hate is thats so basic and the menu hasnt changed. I rather go to el torito . El torito has great halbut tacos and the happy hour is alot cheaper. I think that this restaurant wont last as long. Especially because restaurants are expanding. We tried to let them know how we feel. They care more about saving money. I hardly go there. Who ever owns this needs new management.

The food was great. 1 star ⭐️ for the service. I ordered a jalapeño margarita. After I finished my drink, the waiter came up to me to with sliced up jalapeños they forgot to add to my jalapeño margarita. My appetizers were brought out after my dinner when we were full. Our waiter also forgot our drinks twice. The table across from our table was also complaining to the manager about the bad service.

Even though some of the reviews said this place was understaffed, we went on a Saturday night anyway. Mistake! The hostess sat us down rudely. The waiter did not appear with water or anything. Then after waiting for 45 minutes without a waiter to take our order, we left. I dont care how busy a place is - there is never an excuse to be understaffed in a restaurant.

This is definitely not the place you want to come for authentic Mexican Food. I cant complain about the customer service I received, because it was great! However, this place only serves American Style "Mexican" food. The place youd go to to get ground beef on a tortilla and be able to call it a taco.

Pros: HAPPY HOUR!!! This is the ONLY place that gets it!!! Awesome prices on both drinks and appetizers. Happy hour from 3 - close every day; TRY THE QUESO!!!!!! Cons: Not a huge fan of regular dinner items, but Im really here for happy hour anyways....

I dont know why there are so many negative review ... this place is great! My family and I come here as often as we can (commuting 30 minutes to an hour to get here). Wed be here every week if the drive werent so long! Great food. Love it!

When it first opened I came here a lot, but over time the place has gone downhill quick. The food isnt worth the price and the drinks are to expensive for how little alcohol they put in them. I only come here if Im forced to.

The set up is HORRIBLE ! Waited with my party of 6 for an open seat for over an hour and then someone walked in and stole my table !!! Girl at the front said first come first serve ... Ill take my bussiness elsewhere
