Just went through the drive thru. I usually walk in. I didnt see the order menu to order and drove past. A car pulled in behind me. I called and called while waiting in line. No answer. After waiting the cashier came to the window and I told her what happened. She said I need to drive around and wait ALL OVER again. There were 4 cars in line by this time. I couldnt believe it. She wouldnt even let me order and walk in and pay so I could let the car behind me go. I will be calling in later to speak to a manager. My mistake not seeing the order panel, but I called and called with no answer. I will never visit again because that was really lousy and she could care less that I had already waited and called in.

If you like Rubios fish tacos, youll enjoy the ones here as well. I consider Rubios the most consistent, and Los Primos delivers quite close to them. Their other tacos, though, feel a bit more authentic Mexican than the other guys, and Im also a fan of their carnitas tacos. Known Fact: Order one taco and youll realize its really two tacos when measured up to other street taco places. I also especially love the choices in the salsa bar, from mild to hot, and with pickled onions and peppers.

Bad customer service! Cashier didnt know the menue. I paid for a food item and didnt get it with my order. Talked to the cashier and he told me I had to pay for it again since he believe he gave it to me. We place and order of carnitas and after 25 minutes, they told us they ran out. Told the employee the machine ran out of certain soda and employee just said "We dont have any more" instead of replacing the drink. Definitely wont be going back!

Worse customer service I ever had the menudo was so bad it was just the juice no meat or hummus I went to complain and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and told me there was no more they would not refund my money or they didnt offer me something off the menu this place is garbage and also the two girls working there bad attitude

I went in to order delicious Mexican food. Being white, I found myself confused. After consulting with numerous non-white patrons outside the establishment I was able to select an entrée from the menu. I consumed said edible and was quickly overcome by severe gas. I love gas so this was a good experience. grassyass

Lady who took my order seemed more concerned with the tip I put in the jar and snatched it out, saying that was for the other lady working there. Odd. I ordered the steak nachos. Steak was pretty good, but Ive never had nachos where they didnt melt the cheese. Again, odd. Probably wont eat here again.

My wife went to this place to order 2 egg and choriso breakfast burritos. Check out these 2 pictures. Do you see any choriso and eggs here? What we got was 2 bean burritos. $20 in the trash. Never again.

Nice chain of taco shops with great carnitas. They serve tacos and burritos for the most part and have great breakfast. Service here is usually very good. The plac i kept fairly clean and has a nice salsa bar

Definitely not a stop and go place! Takes about 20min to pay and get your food. I never had a problem with food quality, but today my chile verde burrito was all chile sauce and very little pork!
