Poor customer service. I, my fiancee and soon to be family were out yesterday evening looking for a place to eat. We came across a place with great reviews and were looking forward to eating there. After working in retail management for 10 years, I must say I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of hospitality of the young lady that served us that evening. That said she did the right thing by carding me. Sure I may be 28 years old, but I appear young and you must protect your alcohol license. She asked one by one what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, she abruptly said, "Excuse me." And demanded my ID. No "May I see." "Can I see" or anything of the sort. Even a "Sure, let me see your ID." Would have done just fine. Instead she gave me a look, took a rude tone and demanded my ID instead of asking. I politely presented my ID right away and thought that would be the end of it. It continued. When it came to me, my brother in law and I noticed she was very reserved. How she spoke to me compared to everyone else at the table was a night and day difference. We heard plenty of courteous, kind words, in a nice pleasant tone, loud and clear towards everyone at the table minus myself. I maybe got an excuse me seconds after our waitress reached over where I was trying to eat. This happened more times than I can count. Not a single word of warning or anything to let me know she needed to grab a plate, glass or utensil. I felt she only said excuse me moments after because she had to. The food and and drinks were great, however poor customer service is unacceptable. My fiancee and I will never visit this restaurant again.

-----Real Mexican Food!----- Yummy! OMG! Some menu items are a little expensive. But as they say, you get what you pay for. And here, you get the real thing. I think this is one of the few places that is as close to real Mexican food that you are going to come to in the USA Its a very small place (about the size of a studuio apartment and doesnt have glitz, but the food...WOW! The ice tea was quite nasty the 2nd time I was there, thats why I didnt give them five stars

The service was quick and attentive. I ordered the shrimp curry which I custom made to have a lot of spice. I ordered it with garlic Naan which was massive. The shrimp curry did not come with rice but with the Naan it was more than enough for one person. The flavours were delicious and you could tell there were a lot of interesting spices used. The price with tip for the meal with no drink was a bit pricy at just under $29 but I would say it was worth it!

I have eaten here many times, I have never complain until today. Got a Chile Verde burrito and the pork was very very dry...it felt like eating hay....informed the server, and that was it. Then we paid and brought it up again, then the cook came out, and all we basically got was sorry...not even a discount or here is a coupon for next time, etc. If you go, dont eat the Chile Verde burrito, you will be disappointed...

I have been going for many years. The food and the service is Great. There is no person that works there that is mean to anyone. It is a family own business and the customer is treated as family. Stop by and try it yourself. And give your rating about this mexican resturant. Now dont confuse this great place with the one on Euclid ave in Ontario by the dollar tree. Sincerely, Cindy Rodriguez.

Im of Mexican decent, and I love Mexican food, but Im jaded. Most Mexican places taste the same. However, my wife and her friend rave about the carnitas here. Yes, I have to agree, the carnitas are awesome here. Weve gone out of our way to pick up plates so big they will last us two meals. Its a small restaurant with great Mexican food. Its hard to see from the street, but worth it!

After shopping at K-Mart and Radio Shack, I was in the mood for Mexican food. El Chilitos hit the spot with their giant burritos and, I believe it was a tamarind drink. I took some home and ate it for breakfast the next morning. This is a REAL Mexican restaurant that has gourmet food, and nice ambience. Definitely, a hidden jewel tucked away by Interstate freeway 10.

I never knew there was such a great place so close to home. I think they are a little pricey, but maybe not. Their food is delicious. The monster burrito is the Bomb! I love the sauce over the burrito. Tastes like my aunt used to make. I work right near there, and always mention to everyone how good their food is. I will always go back again and again!

What a beautiful ambiance. Dining also on the front porch - alfresco. Very Historic site. One of those places that are far from you, but every time you drive past you think, "I have got to try that sometimes." We did and it didnt disappoint. The walls have many celebrities that have visited over the years.

Great food and service. I love the chips and salsa provided upon being seated. Portions are large and priced just right. Small place but google map it and youll be fine. Heads up, this place gets packed. You can call ahead for estimated waiting times. Dont miss out going here if youre in the area!!!

Quite possibly the worse Mexican food Ive ever had in Cali. Bland, tasteless, boring. carne Asada taco meat had been reheated so many times was nothing more than crisp fried fat morsels. The menudo was tasteless, no tortillas, oregano or cilantro. refried beans came straight out of a can. Stay away!

My wife and I have eaten at Tutti Mangia many times and have always enjoyed the food and service. Our most recent visit was for a food and wine tasting. Lots of good domestic and imported Pinots, both white and red. The food was good, but a bit sporadic.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Perfect pace of the dishes, the food was really delicious and the service was very attentive and prompt. Would definitely recommend. This is an authentic and unique place, not a chain of so so food.

Food is burnt, disgusting, and no visual prices until you pay. Milanesa of beef was burnt, and very thin. Not very authentic. And I was born and raised in East Los angeles.

Great food...love there breakfast machaca with huevos or huevos con chilaquiles. Place is tiny so you may have to wait for a table but well worth the wait.
