FOOD The ingredients are fresh. And they serve beer and margaritas (their license allows them to sell margaritas with a premixed additive and is not made onsite with tequila). They are so very nice that they let the chickens run around instead of being in cages, then THEY KILL THEM, LOL. But seriously at least they dont pump them full of hormones, this actually does translate into better food. All the meats are SOOO FRESH AND JUICY. You can see everything that is going on in the kitchen, which they keep very clean. SERVICE Well I agree its like subway as it runs like an assembly line. I have never had a bad experience, mostly because there is little room for error. ATMOSPHERE Well if you like minimal industrial chic you will like this place.They are very "green" in there construction. Dont sit at the booths, unless you are a guy who is taking the Hawaiin Tropic girls out to eat, then you can have everyones legs all over each other.

Been around for a couple years. I like their burritos however beware of crowded lines! And I dont know if its just me but despite the heavy amount of employees, they seem new and can go a bit slow... I remember one day I was picking thru my burrito because there was too much lettuce and I found a dead mosquito in it. Disgusted. Yet I still eat the food there! Also i had another incident where an employee didnt understand much english, a fly landed in the rice, and i told him. He instead mixed the rice around... spreading the infected rice... I dont go here often .

The service was terrible. When asked for my order the lady repeated back to me what rice and beans I wanted, then nearly put the wrong beans. She handed my food over to the next lady who had an extremely sour demeanor. I asked for a little hot sauce and she dumped a bunch on my food, followed by contempt when I asked for more sour cream and cheese. Upon eating my food, I found that the rice tasted plain. The hot sauce that was dumped on it was overbearing. The chips were stale. Needless to say, I wont be coming back here. Id rather visit Popeyes up the street.

Its good food but they are really stingy with the portions at just about all of these places..You have to ask if you could have a little more than what they usually give you and if you want any more than that then they call it double meat and charge too much for extra.. I figured with the prices we are paying for these portions we should at least get one more of their spoon fulls in our burritos or bowls..The chips are reasonably priced and are good to eat with a bowl.

I usually LOVE Chipotle but the last few times I have been disappointed, not as fresh, and rice tastes different, unsure whats going on over there, but the steak bowl I am eating now is not all that great, the meat is over cooked, the rice dry, and well like I said, just not as fresh. I sure hope its better next time because this was always my go to spot in the past 2 years, and the last few months, not so much. Disappointed.

This location is one of my favorites usually decent portions and about half the time the wait line is responsible one thing I cant stand is its always hot inside they really need to turn down there thermostat drives me crazy hard to enjoy your food when the temp is hotter than your food

So disappointed!! Finally decided to try their food again and was greeted by 1 girl trying to take all the orders while 4 others joked and laughed and screwed around in the back. Decided not to waste our time and went across the street. Wont be back!

Everyone was friendly when I came in. They had no guac because they didnt like the quality of produce that had been delivered that morning. But they dished out free chips and guac on the next visit. No harm no foul :) Rest of the food was on point!

The food tasted good but the service was bad. When we arrived they were fixing thier own plates and then everyone went on break so thier were only 2 ppl making orders for the entire line. It was friday night.

Went in 30 mins before close and they said they wouldnt make any chicken. Maybe offer some type of meal coupon for next time, say sorry? Something? Will never waste my time with this location again.
